Naruto had a lot of power ups in the final half of shippuden.
I really didn't like the chakra and bijuu Mode for personal reasons but I really hated the six paths mode, it not only was a asspull but went against themes of the story like hard work and etc

That mode where he's glowing gold. Reminds me too much of the dreaded naruhuana interactions.
My favorite is that sage mode thing where he's wearing red and has toad eyes lol.

One that irked me most was his last one from Hagoromo to fight Madara and then Kaguya. =/ It just eliminated all he was. At least with his Kurama cloak mode, Naruto had to WORK to get it to work, especially when he released the seal and worked side by side with Kurama.

I agree. What made the rasengan, rasenshuriken and the toad sage modes into such compelling pieces of the story was that Naruto worked for days on end to figure them out. It was something to root for and reinforced the idea of Naruto being an underdog and having to work for everything.
The introduction of things like Naruto and Sasuke getting magic reincarnation powers was just ludicrous. Heck, even the Sharingan got out of hands at times.
Early in the manga, Land of Waves arc, for example, the Sharingan was simply an interesting tool in some of the character's holster that they could use to copy other techniques. In a universe that includes such things as hand signals, that was actually a clever idea, and used very well in the story during the Zabuza fights. But when it came to shooting fire, I found myself taking it less seriously.

When the sage gave him the six paths mode, he did it because kurama and the other tailed beasts trusted him. Also, the six paths mode is actually just an upgraded version of sage mode, which he worked really, really hard for.

I always feel kb power up is unnecessary.
I always feel naruto true downfall start from that arc or is it the sasuke great snake escape?

I am ok with the power ups though it seemed a bit harsh but it was ok . The power ups in sasuke onthe other hand is the main thing i hated

Kishi need to make sasuke equal to naruto, by any mean necessary.I am ok with the power ups though it seemed a bit harsh but it was ok . The power ups in sasuke onthe other hand is the main thing i hated
Even asspull.
Why do you think kishi need to create hamura?
For sasuke and Hinata. The true hero and heroine.

The one that annoyed me the most is the one that turned Naruto into a super saiyan, err I mean the six paths sage mode. It looked too much like a super saiyan rip off with the gold hair, though at least the eyes weren't green.
