Shippuden has some nice tracks but yeah Part 1 was better. Decision is awesome.

IMO Naruto part 1's soundtrack is superior than Shippuden's soundtrack.

 

Nah, man! Shippuden's music is worlds better than the first soundtrack. There are a few goods songs (Sadness and Sorrow, The Main Theme, Ai To Shuu), but shippuden's music is PHENOMENAL. A perfect blend between eastern, western, and modern. Oh my goodness, I can't sing its praises enough! That being said, the first soundtrack of shippuden is better than the others, and unfortunately, they didn't play as much of the first soundtrack later. :'( Here are some faves (hah, some. I'll probably put the whole frickin thing. I have the soundtracks on my iPhone and listen to them all the time)

 

Part 1:

Sadness and Sorrow:  (great song, but the piano sounds really bad actually, and the violins at the beginning sound fake)

Ai To Shuu:

Those are probably my absolute favorites, though I really like the sad songs on the first soundtrack, like Kodoku and Aikouhenno (Aikouhenno is just gorgeos!) or Hakubo. Anyway, I just think the second soundtrack is on a completely different level than the first series. I mean, compare all that with this:

It's just so cheesy.... I LOVE some of the songs (the ones I mentioned), but for the most part, I'm so glad that they got new music for Shippuden. Takanashi Yasuharu is da bomb.

i dont think there's anyone who doesnt like this one:

 

 

the  saddest moments in shippuden are featured with this ost:jirayia's death,neji's death, (and some others,these are ones came to my mind)

so this is the best ost for me
