That "Lee randomly comes up with new jutsus" gag just never ever gets old. 
I'm not sure what to say about the new ending. I was expecting a new ending since it's been 13 episodes and Pierrot usually switch out their endings after about 12 episodes, but compared to the first ED, this new ED is pretty lame. It's just clips from the show with a still picture of Lee. The song itself is pretty good/cute. It fits the show pretty well, but yeah, this was a bit of a letdown. Who knows, maybe it's because Pierrot are currently using most of their workforce for the new movie.
