It's a forehead protector but she uses it as a headband. Anyway, her hair is really different when she has it off. It's like her two front ''Bangs'' disappear.

Yeah, it took me a while to get used to though. I thought the animators just got lazy with her hair, lol.

I really don't mind if she's wearing it or not, but I do agree she looks better with the headband on with short hair while without it she looks better with longer hair.
