The story is about a trio of high school students that have formed the sket dan club in their school, wich activities are about giving help to any student with problems, going for finding missing objects to scare off bullies. But their jobs can get quite difficult because of some troublesome students and their bizarre behaviour.
Characters:
Bossun or Yusuke Fujisaki, the team leader, very imprudent and childsh, but also have an great deducion ability, wich he can only use when he concentrate and put on his googles. He also have an unusual hability to learn everything he tries in an instant since doing origami to playing a guitar. Despite playing mature bossun can be very dense, principaly with girls, as he state he is jealous of his friend switch for being popular, he actually have no idea that he already made some girls fall for him. He believes that friendship is the most important thing on life, and can't stand those who defy this tought.
Himeko or Hime Onizuka, Bossun best friend and co-founder of the Sket dan club, she is an Yankee girl, is very violent and works as the muscle of the group, since she is shown to have an strenght that can defy some of the laws of the psych. She uses an Hockey stick to fight called cyclone wich she seems to be very found of, she also is shown to love cute things, principally little children. Himeko creates a very close bond with Bossun after he helps her getting over with some insecurity problems related to her violent nature, altought Himeko completely denyes that her relationship with Bossun is romantic at any way.
Switch or Kazuyoshi Usui, the geek of the group and also the brains, he know everything about anyone at school and this informations can be very useful to the group. Due to an trauma of the past Switch refuses to speak and uses an computer to do so, wich have an voice program on it. Swich is very close to Bossun and Himeko, but can be very sarcastic and cocky at times. He spends most of his free time creating weird inventions and posting on forum on the internet. He is very popuar with the ladies, but he seems to ignore their atraction on him due to his cold and sistematic personality.
I recomend this serie to anyone looking for laughs, and another great thing I have to announce is that the Manga is going to have an anime version, Hoooray!
