I haven't been posting on this site in ages now with how busy life has been these last few years but I've been here on Heaven and Earth for seven years now. 

I'm still primarily avoiding spoilers but I know the gist. I have no comments on the reality of things but I do truly love this pairing between Naruto and Sakura and I loved that I believed it within the story. How ever this finale comes about, realistic or not, will not cause me to falter in my love for this pairing. 

I just wanted to come here and post perhaps one last time that this ride has been long and tumultuous so here's to a final chapter. 

 

Same thing! I still remember it vividly, to this day.

 

Story time! I was actually reading it on my phone, when my mom and I were driving somewhere- Needless to say, I was in the passenger seat.- and it was somewhat earlier in the morning, such that I was half-asleep. I was just glad that Sakura was by Naruto's side, and, when I got to that page- And you've got to love how Kishi strategically placed it, so that it's the first thing you'd see of it.- my jaw just dropped and quickly morphed into the biggest and dorkiest smile ever. I did a double take, and I just couldn't get over it! Somehow, I managed to not make a scene of it, but, for the rest of the day, I was just a fangirling mess, although I hid it rather well. XD

This reminds me of when I saw the Sakura confession for the first time. Holy crap, I was jumping and yelling during that

It's amazing how after all these years, finally we've hit this point and this thread itself will seemingly reach its peak. We've been all waiting for this moment for years. It's amazing when you think about it.

yes its canon, but it likely wont have anything to do with the manga's story it will just be something that would normally pass off as filler

So what exactly is the summary of all this? Is this movie 100% canon now?

Really enjoyed that episode. I think the animation really showed Obito's transition to villain, and a lot more emotional than the manga did. This tragic episode really made me feel for Obito as the tragic villain and kind of allows me to accept him more as the villain than before. Just from the manga, it seemed a little ridiculous that he'd go crazy just because Rin was killed but this episode showed it emotively far more accurately.
