I have majorly flat shoes and few sandals. I have few high heels, but only wear them for special occasions cause it suits with the dresses. Though, I always bring with me flat footwear cause I can't take the pain any longer from those high heels

SP and Shounen took a decision on how it will be best for a sequel which bit them back hard. Seems Kishimoto agreed either by influencing him or agreeing with what they said to him.

 

I think Kishimoto got influenced and agreed cause mangakas don't have much freedom in Japan except those who insist and want their own ways without listening to editors and executives when they don't like their ideas.

 

An author won't make this kind of changes to a story that was consistent for years especially near the end by making the heroine get character assassination then followed her the hero and the secondary main character in character assassination.
