Yes obviously? Mito and Hashi were arranged. Biwako referred to herself as Hiruzen's wife. I also think Kurenai had a ring.

Yeah marriages exist, look at the various K11 kids that have parents. Aside from Hashirama and Mito. Gaara's mother and father were most likely married as well.
Sakura, sasukes, shikamarus, inos, and choji all had married parents, both a mother and father. Ino and choji's mothers were in a filler episode the allied mom forces.
Kiba only had a mother, his father was scared away by his mother
Hinata only has her father, mother rumored to have died in childbirth or disease
Shino we only have seen his father no mention of his mother
Neji's father obviously died, mother no idea but presumed diseased
Never any mention of lee or tenten's parents. Though I would hate to see lees parents.
In a special case though, it was never mentioned if Minato and Kushina were offically married. It was never stated that Kushina took the last name Namzkaize so we never knew if her name at the time was Kushina Namakazie. Though Hiruzen gave naruto the last name Uzumaki to protect naruto from Minato's enemies like. No one would go looking around at Uzumaki as much since the clan was otherwise officially destroyed.
When people insult my OTP
Insulting a man’s ship, be worse than insulting his mother.

Life goes on whether you choose to move on and take a chance in the unknown.
Or stay behind, locked in the past, thinking of what could have been.

Although all of this is true do you think that Kishimoto will show a marriage?
Its possible
If we do the most likely candidate at this point is NS
though Kushina's words foreshadow a girlfriend not necessarily a wife. When NS becomes canon it will likely remain in the girl/boyfriend range until we get an epilogue timeskip or something (which if we connect Gaara's statement with Kushina's statement) will probably be in about 3 years (pretty much the same time as the last time skip)
