It was just some promotional thing for valentines day a few years ago; I believe the girls are specifying what things they bought the boys, along with some general message. It has no input from the various mangaka, though.

As for the Sakura=his wife thing, I believe it was Oda who commented that his wife really looked like Sakura during their wedding. I'm pretty certain Kishi has also indicated Naruto is a lot like him-they had similar childhoods of being the underdog etc., so he's the one Kishi relates to most/his favourite character.

Guys, you're willingly misinterpreting if you somehow conclude she loves Sasuke as a friend; she likes the guy romantically, still, for some warped, insane reason. Whether her feelings are resolved, whether she also likes Naruto, whether SS/NS happens, admittedly that's still subjective and what-if, but it is canon she still is in love with Sasuke.

C'mon guys, you can't make assumptions like 'his editors probably forced him'; as irritating as it is it appears the endgame pairings have been cemented this chapter.
