yeah, a voice actress still fits for Naruto but not for adult Goku. But if they did decide to cast a male voice actor for Naruto I wonder who'd they pick.

There going to have to wait till he's much older to do the male voice actor now arnt they Naruto is only 15 or 16.

Still, Takeuchi could at least make Naruto sound male even when he was 12-13

Are you talking about Naruto's seiyuu? Because I'm pretty sure Junko is a girl.

They chose Maile because her voice stood out among the others. The japanese directors got her voice rehersals too, and they said it was a great match to Junko, and they probably wouldnt find any other like it. It sounded very Naruto ish.


I personally think Maile does a great job, and her voice is very close to that of the original. Sure it wont sound perfect, but to me, he still sounds like naruto
She's also a sweetheart if you ever get to meet her. Her personality is VERY similar to naruto's tbh. she's got a great sense of humor.

K, I'm about to go on a mini rant here so I apologize in advance: before I start, let me clarify that there's a difference between preferring subs over dubs and being a subtard. That being said, I can't stand it when subtards seek out english dub clips on youtube only to b*tch about how "omg sooo awfull!!!11!" the voice acting is. For the most part, us dub fans mind our own business and don't give s**t to the sub fans, but they constantly give us crap for liking bad voice acting or that we hate reading or we can't handle the amount of cussing and gore in the Japanese version (which is bulls**t since the Japanese language has no curse words; it's just translators sensationalizing dialogue).

I'm just like every time I see a comment like this on an english dub video. Dub fans, for the most part, don't go around bashing the subs, so to all the subtards: kindly GTFO and leave us alone/end rant.

Ugh, this. I also generally prefer dubs, and it seems like there's always a few haters in the comment sections when you stream episodes. Seriously, it's idiotic. Dub-haters just can't keep their hate to themselves apparently.

Anyways, does anyone here watch the Naruto dub? Last time I checked, it wasn't even on Disney anymore. I guess I don't mind, since I only watched the uncut episodes ripped from the DVD's, but I haven't watched those in forever either...

I think it's gone for good from disney xd since it's been on hiatus since like November. It's probably for the best anyways since they butchered the hell out of it. At least on Cartoon Network it was still watchable and they kept a decent amount of blood and said 'kill' and 'die' frequently. And if you wanna catch up on the uncut dub, it's at the point where Jiraiya leaves for the rain village.

omg, why do you torture me? God, I miss toonami. rurouni kenshin, g gundam, yu yu hakusho, dragonball z, tenchi muyo... all these shows I enjoyed watching when they were still on tv. Then stupid ass megumi replaced it It's not fair; dragonball z aired in its entirety while on toonami. Naruto deserves the same treatment.

Yeah. They're not doing a bad job. Great job actually, just about 8/10 times I prefer the Japanese Seiyuus.
