Honestly, I don't know what you two were expecting out of Law.

 

His role in the story is to act as an ally to the straw hats, and he's been playing that role just fine. I think anything extra towards his character is just a bonus.

 

Regardless, Oda must be doing something right considering he's the second most popular character right now.

That's my point I wasnt expecting anything out of him and my view on him hasn't changed.
 

We are allowed to not like character Redfaction just the same with ships.

I don't care if he's one of the highest popular characters in the manga and anime he barely brings anything to the table other than his devil fruit which anyone could have had.

Just because he's popular (Sasuke) doesn't mean he needs to be loved by everyone.

Yes he's an ally to the Straw hats but again I dont have to like him if he's teamed up with Luffy.

My whole thing with him being boring is that he barely brings anything interesting to the table in my eyes.

He's very edgy (His past was interesting to an extent but eh it didn't really hold me for long)

I love all the other Worst generation pirates except him.

Law is a boring character.
