And as far as size goes, she seems just fine to me. Just because she doesn't look like a Tite Kubo girl doesn't mean she's not developed. This actually sort of reminds me of an early Shippuden omake, where Naruto makes a comment how he prefers flat-chested girls like Sakura, lol.
