Hi Mod. I have a question. I created a thread and I thought that the creator can edit the title and tag. But I can't find how to do it, only Topic Moderation feature that allow me to delete it. I asked someone who ever created thread too and the person can edit the title.

Can a thread creator edit title and tag?

I have the option as well in topic moderator. Maybe that's just because I'm a moderator, but if you asked someone else, and they had it. Why don't you? I don't understand how that could be possible.

That's why I ask you Is it because I don't follow the topic? I don't follow any topic now since it's useless, I don't really get any notification. I get new posts notification but not from reply from other users.

Where should be the option to edit it?

Edit: Click on edit on the first post, and then use the full editor. You'll be able to change your tags and title there. Sorry I didn't know. Haven't had to change a title without mod powers in over 2 years.

2-can there be a block button installed so i can block someone from viewing my comments, and/or me viewing theirs?

 

There is an option to ignore users. You can select to ignore their posts, their signature, and their messages.  It's on your personal settings drop down panel under My Ignore Prefs.

 

If you configure your profile to ignore a user's posts, you will still see a line within topic threads that tells you the user has posted.  It includes an option to read the post if you want to change your mind on a post-by-post basis.

 

However, as far as I know there is currently no way to prevent another user from seeing your posts.  You're allowed to control your board experience, but not the experience of others.

How do you know that your status on the profile has been commented, except checking it on the profile user? Do we get notification too?

I ain't helping no more! Sike, just go to the top of your page and click on the the notifications bell. From there, click on options and from there you'll see Notify me of comments made on my profile. You'll see to boxes beside it. The one to the left notifies you on this site, and the other one to the right notifies you on your email.

Question!

When you hover your arrow with mouse on the index page on the last post. When you click on them it takes you to the last post posted. But can it be made that when you click it it takes you to the last unread post?

This way will make it much easier for member to catch on reading from where they stopped!
