When Obito was talking to Naruto before he died he said "you will become Hokage"
Well, I've always got the feeling Naruto is going to become Hokage since chapter 1.
But, I think Obito just wanted to give him inspiration to do what he couldn't. It hit me when I realized in his "dream" panels, he saw himself as Hokage with Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi around him. :/

Well, the fact that Naruto is going to be a Hokage can't be seen as a "spoiler", cause we already know that this is his final objective, and surely he'll accomplish that.
The thing is, we don't know in which way he's gonna "become" a Hokage, I mean, he could die in the end, and people recognize him as Hokage, so Kishi in fact, didn't lie. Or even become Hokage for a day, and then he leaves Konoha or something. The fact is, we know that he's going to become Hokage, what we don't know yet is in which way "become" refers to.

To be honest, this spoiler was given in the very first chapter when the protagonist, Naruto mentions his dream of one day becoming the Hokage
