Hi, I'm the founder of the NaruSaku Italian Forum. I'm writing here because one user of mine noticed this onomatopoeia:
My user recognised the onomatopoeia "Chuu" (=Smack). Can anyone who knows a bit of Japanese confirm it, please?

Nah, it isn't a kiss - just a soft movement. 
The first katakana is a little awkward to read, but it looks like "Su". So, the whole thing is "SUtsu..." That's Sakura hugging Naruto.

It's probably just the sound effect of Sakura hugging him, there really isn't an indication that she kissed him on the cheek, especially when you consider the positioning of her head.
