The cover is just supposed to bring home that he accomplished his dream of becoming Hokage. It works, but people will notice that art error of his hand.

And it isn't doing even that. His whole purpose was to be acknowledged by becoming hokage, not being Hokage because banana. And cover stealing even that. Well, beggars can't be choosers, right? Hope NH fans happy with this volume cover and what it consist.

 

funny since it was a a theme completely ignored in the movie, as if Nardo has never dreamed of becoming Hokage all this time. I though his dream was sleeping between Hinata'sama's kittens.

Its ok if you liked them individually   I meant more as a team as a unit I hate their guts  they do not function at all  they are the worst team ever and don't deserve the hype they got  just bc they have power  the author failed miserably to develop and portray their dynamic which was utter kitten bc of Sasuke in it  .  Sakura's development always suffered bc of the ridiculous S/N  she was hardly present in the team then and was getting sidelined  .  Honestly  this team was way better with Sai in it and Sasuke out  bc at least they worked and had a more equal dynamic of getting to know eachother and working together , Old T7 was mostly SasuNaru , KakaSasu, NaruSaku  never the three of them working as team  sign . The team is over exaggerated  and blown out of proportion . 

 

Of course Sasuke's character was destroyed to and didn't came out scot free but not on the level of Naruto and Sakura  , heck Hinata's character was to  Sasuke is on that level destroyed slightly more . Sasuke was the Drama Queen in this story  he had no clear purpose for a long time and was here just for the sake of useless drama  , everything was revolved around him  when it shouldn't have  , got everything for free  and  Naruto's and Sakura's characters suffered the most  when he was put into the picture  their development regressed to whiny brats instead to progress  bc Sasuke needed to be in the center or glorified for no purpose at all  . Sasuke may be complex  and that's fine  but it does him no good when his character is a satellite   and has no clue WTH he wants and shifting goals left and right  he's all over the place  there was no consistency with him and that is why he sucks  and this manga suffered bc of him  the characters needed to be downplayed ,regressed just so he can be prized and fit into the sh*tty plot  .

 

There is so much I can go but I'll better stop  . The way I see it  Sasuke's overall unnecessary focus  started the destruction of the manga but Hinata FINISHED IT !!! On a whole different level  as she put everyone's character into the dust   Even Prince Sasuke   .  For this reasons I consider Hinata worse then Sasuke but really he's closely following behind her sign.   

I really wanted to see if team 7's ( which as you rightly said is so terrible it's also called team dysfunctional) dynamics changed after all the kitten Naruto and Sakura went through in order to drag the Sauce's crazy ass back in Konoha.

 

I don't even know how to explain it  . They sure were a terrible team, asymmetric, dysfunctional and Sasuke-centered, and I wanted this to change, to see them as adults supporting each other and learning how to really work in a team (with Yamato and Sai, because they are team 7 too!) I wanted to see if the war, life, had taught them something, the value of friendship, respect, of camaraderie, the 'don't-worry-I've-got-your-back' aspects of being a team (obviously Sasuke is still part of Taka, because they too, should have taught him something). But it didn't. 

..Sigh...I just wanted to see them mature....I just wanted some scrap of friendship..

(Again, I don't even know if I explained it in a sensate way... )

You're right he so accomplished his dream  that's why we saw he got to become a Hokage handed to him , his friends not beside him  kittening on his bonds  but all we see is that he has no freaking bandage on his arm right ?     Tell me some more please   .

That doesn't make it any better. It's like I can just draw Naruto with a sign says "7th Hokage" with no background and that's what it supposed to be considered a good cover? If we lack creativity, then fine, I get that. Though it makes me sad to see the world with brain decrease. Why not just have him facing the camera with his hat covering him? Why not show the mountain with all faces showing or last 3 except one which is Naruto's? While we don't know where he's facing at, where's that tall building that I see at the last pages? Why so basic? Why that hand error?

As I've already stated in my previous post, it was random guesstimate based on intuition and assumption on what the percentages of profit Pierrot may be allowed to retain from the market in the US. These questions you're asking are difficult to quantify because there's no official study or poll or analysis or anything else of the sort that could be used to record data of the amount of people who happen to read Naruto, whether their drooling infants or a decrepit senior citizen, or the percentage who chooses to read the manga via piracy on the web.

My assumptions for the amount of people who will attend the screenings are based on several different factors like the size of the country's population, supposed availability of the series to the general public, the previous earnings of past Naruto films, and a bit of conjecture tossed in. It's still guesswork, but considering how Naruto has ranked constantly as #1 in terms of manga sales in the US, and the fact that the US happens to be one of the largest markets for Naruto outside of Japan, that guesstimate of a population worth of viewers numbering in the tens of thousands isn't unreasonable.

It isn't unreasonable but the problem with these type of estimates is that it's unreliable. Consultant firms use estimates in their recruiting to measure the logical explanation skills of the newly graduate but they rarely use these estimates to figure the consumer size because it's unreliable. Good logical reasonings of estimates does not make it more accurate realistically speaking. 0.1% and 0.2% brings a whole lot of difference in the final number with these types of estimates. (And because the difference of 0.1% and 0.2% cannot be logically explained most of the time). That's why I was asking you if you knew the percentage of potential customers that have any relevancy to Naruto and the percentage within that will take the action.

I agree with this. Sasuke had some interesting points and as a bad guy there was potential there. But Kishi's love affair with the Uchiha derailed the manga to such an extent that I could never really like Sasuke. It became about him way, way too much. And because of this, Kishi never really embraced Sasuke's bad-guy-ness to the extent he could. You always knew he was going to be redeemed and everything was going to work out just fine. That takes away so much of the tension.

Yes This  there was just to much focus on him and Uchiha kitten that took from other character and plot development  that's why I hate his guts .  That focus could have been used on exploring the other clan mainly Uzumaki and Senju that we know so little of  , The K11 and the Jinchuriki's and the other Villages  but kitten that  Uchiha and The Sauce is Law  .

I understand what you are trying to say but the problem with that is it was gonna be forced as hell and would needed at least 200 chapters to illustrate it and add some development a few panels won't cut it  , it would have been no different them what we got.

 

That is why I wanted to see Sasuke wondering with Taka or forming their own village working with Naruto  bc Taka worked together they had a clear equal dynamic something Old T7 never really  had  . I wanted Sasuke to pay for his crimes and end with Taka  while  he still holds the memory of T7 acknowledging his T7 bond  and being part of it  in that way T7 would have still remained  no matter what they would still be a team  you know . But with this ending  everything got kittented on especially the NS bond of T7 which was core part  it was abomination not even the New T7 survived like it was nothing sign .

For a man with 15 years of writing experience, coming up with something like this which was beyond the word plain was actually really pitiful.15 years of experience, and he was saying -implying- that he had creativity issue? Actually  being so big, the wall should've been seen, however, it's not there. You can see it's above the whole village. It's because of perspective that it seems to be not there, since it's a far-away object.
