For God's sake, enough with the angsty Naruto already! I understand it may be cool every now and then to see him in a different light or whatever, but it's getting out of hand. I fell in love with the kid's personality because he wasn't angsty! Now it's like... He's not even Naruto anymore.

Begging? Crying? Dropping to his knees in the presence of a Kage? Letting someone beat him up?

Funny, how this all revolves around Sasuke.

Naruto: There's nothing left to do but to directly confront Sasuke.

Karin is in some space/time secluded room with Sasuke. Kind of like where the white Ichigo from Bleach comes out. The room is lined by and made up of boxes. That's how it looks.

Madara: Now...It seems like you guys are ready to pay attention...Gentlemen.

Madara: He once created this world, from that monster...
ガアラ『バケモノ…？』
Gaara: Monster...?
マダラ『ガアラ…お前もそのバケモノの一部が封印されていたにすぎない

Madara: Gaara...a part of that monster was sealed in you. It is the the aggregation of all the biju. The being possessing the greatest chakra, the Jyubi (ten tails).

It's eye has the Mangekyou Sharingan.
姿は、九尾に似てる。

人々を苦しめていた十尾から世界を救った仙人は人々から神のように崇められた

Madara: The Rikudo Sennin protected the world from the Jyubi, and a ninjutsu was developed to to so. The mystery of that ninjutsu has been passed on even today, the system to seal Jinchuriki. That's right, the Rikudo Sennin was the Jinchuriki of the Jyubi. In order to suppress the Jyubi, he sealed it into his own body. The Rikudo Sennin save the world from the Jyubi inflicting pain on the people as was praised like a god. But if he died, the seal would break and would release the Jyubi back into the world. Fearful of that, he used the greatest power and split the Jyubi into 9 parts. They were split and separated across the land. And to make the Jyubi's power unobtainable, he flew into the sky and created the moon.

ダルイ『話がでかすぎる…人間にそんな事が本当にできるのか？』
Darui: This story is too huge...can a human really do this?
マダラ『十尾の人柱力となった六道仙人は　すでに人外の輩になっていた』
Madara: By becoming the Jinchuriki of the Jyubi, the Rikudo Sennin, has already moved beyond us as a peer.
ミフネ『お前がその分散してあった九つのチャクラ…　つまり全ての尾獣を集めて
その人外の力を手にするつもりなのは　わかった　　が…そんな力を手に入れて
何をする？』
Mifune: You...those 9 separate chakras...I understand you intend to collect the biju to obtain this inhuman power but, what do you intend to do with this power?

Madara: Revive the Jyubi! And then as the Jyubi's Jinchuriki, I'll use this power to make my eye stronger, and to activate a jutsu.

Madara: I will project the greatest genjutsu on the moon, Mugen Tsukiyomi (Infinite Tsukiyomi)...All people living on this planet will be put in my genjutsu! I will control everyone with this genjutsu and unify this world.

ShounenSuki's opinion / clarification

The spoilers clearly state that the Sage hurled the body of the Ten-Tails into the sky, which then became the moon.
As hinted by Nagato, he must have hurled the body into the sky with his Chibaku Tensei, which explains why the moon looks like the moon.

So, Kishi has became so desperate that he took the Jiyubi (10 tailed beast) idea that has been on the web for over a year.

A ten-tailed wolf would be pretty sweet and a lot of fan fic ideas will start to emerge soon.

I'm guessing the idea of a 45-tailed (1+2+3+...+9), 9-headed beast did not appeal to the artists.

Apparently the word referenced also means "to quarry / to cut (timber) / to cut and carry off / to begin to talk / to break the ice / to broach / to bring down", so in context it most likely means "To begin to talk". Basically, Kiba is commenting that he doesn't know for certain that Sakura's gonna cut to the chase. Or it could be a comment on the promise, we'll see. All we know is that it most likely has NOTHING to do with Sakura cutting any ties with Naruto. And with Naruto's little sequence in this chapter, it seems that he's now more concerned about Sasuke by force rather than dragging him back to Kohona to rejoin the village. We'll see Sakura's thoughts on the matter soon enough.

While I agree taking over the world is cliche for a villain, it doesn't come as a surprise. Madara always seemed to be someone who was obsessed with power and control. But his plan... just the last part of it... he's going to project it onto the moon!!! I just imagine him with a projector, trying to get it to work because he's too old and doesn't understand technology.

What I got from doing my own translation is Kiba is amazed at Sakura's resolve, he had expected a reaction like Ino's. He knows whatever Sakura says to Naruto about the choice they made that Sasuke has to die to end the cycle of hatred and vengence it's going to emotional painful for both Naruto and Sakura.

Sakura is following her typical pattern (which is actually pretty common for emotionally strong women) when first hit with an emotional trauma she cries, but then she gets a fierce resolve and comes back fighting hard. There's even a women's saying- "first you cry, then you fight."

Does he really think he can win against Naruto, enka singer Killer Bee, every Hokage, Sakura (she's a beast), and trillions of crazy ninja people?

Though his infinitely cliche plans are undeniably disappointing, I am excited for some tailed beast battles.

In other words, it's not the final destination or the goal of the main villain that concerns me, but the way that our heroes fight their way up there that really matters.

Hmmm...so I wonder if that Kyuubi like beast that we saw within Sasuke is the remains of the 10-tails power?

Did anyone else find it odd when he said, he had no power but he is declaring the fourth shinobi war on the five nations?

He basically stated he plans on collecting all Bijuu's to go all Matrix on the world and have them live in a false world. Yet he declares war on everyone, making it all the more difficult for him to obtain the last two tailed beasts, knowing his plans I have no doubt they'll want to gaurd the last two hosts with their lives.

It's strange how the only nation leader that's not at attendance is the one where the biggest players in the battle are from....I somehow doubt that is a coincidence.

This Sage sounds more God-like than any Kami i've seen in any other animes...I wanna read His back story, sounds unreal. (wonder if the Uchiha have the statue, the Senju clan had any relics that could be important in the upcoming war.

P.S. seeing the time space jutsu, Naruto definitely needs to learn his father technique.
