I will begin making AMVs starting today. This should take a few or couple minutes to make this and upload it to Youtube.
Just fill out the form below, and while it could be troublesome, I will be good with AMVs.
I have 1 condition: Please credit me!!! I save photos from Google and i don't want anyone stealing my requests. It will be very disappointing to me. Anyways, I would like to see the mentions of my names (SakuIno4Ever, Sakura and Ino 4Ever, SaI4E, etc.) displayed in these AMVS. If I like your request, I'll make it. But I don't like adding any of my names in these AMVS. I'll make a intro for these AMVS. I'll also be doing slideshow requests. So that is the conditon.
NOTE! I will not do requests with empty areas. Anything marked with an asterisk(*) is a required area to be filled.
