Thinking of it that way, I suppose you are correct. Hashirama made mistakes, no doubt. I won't deny that. The thing is, though, that his mistakes are somehow more justifiable than everyone else's for some bizarre reason. I like to think that's because literally everyone that has been in a position of power in this manga has made obvious errors. No one is the ideal. But Hashirama comes close. That's the point I'm trying to make here. Being half asleep isn't helping, I guess.

Anyway, yeah. But I see something here. Naruto has become Hashi 1.2. Not 2.0. He's literally the same in terms of what he believes. And he hasn't developed much in a while. I think there's something there. He might lose some of his idealism (it's bound to happen sooner or later). Maybe he WILL have some revelation or something apparently profound that I'm not awake enough to think of now. Just a thought.

1. "This is worthless NONSENSE."
2. "This is an interesting, but perverse, point of view..."
3. "True, but quite unimportant."
4. "I ALWAYS SAID SO!"

I guess we are in agreement then and yes Hashi made some great decisions, and he had a lot of great ideas, he's the first one to really revolutionize the Naruto world and bring a new and fair system in a time where clan were fighting nonstop, but like Naruto when it comes to their best friend they seem not to be able to move on and that's what I regret.

Definitely a bizarre chapter in my opinion. I think I'm just disappointed that Madara's "fall to the dark side" was kind of... forced. It just didn't feel like he had a good reason to cut off his bonds. I guess it's that "cursed Sharingan brain chakra." wot.gif Cliffhanger was also strange. We already know that neither Hashirama or Tobirama die, so I don't feel much anxiety. Meh I won't just complain though. tongue.gif We made a lot of progress here. We went through like, 20 years maybe? At least his flashback is almost over (hopefully) and we can soon get back to the other Kages. But anyways, I'm just sitting here hoping for a certain pink haired heroine to make an appearance. wow.png

C'mon Kishi, I need some Sakura. fu.png

His fall did fall short, but I have a feeling we are going to get more information ( using flashbacks ofc) somehow from Madara about how he fell to hatred.

If Tobirama was the one who decided Madara would be dead, Obito wouldn't attack Konoha he would be dead since Madara wouldn't be there to help him and Sasuke would never know the truth.
If Tobirama was the one who decided there would be no alliance with the Uchiha just the Uchiha accepting their inferiority and not buthurt about being second since it would be their rightful place thanks to Tobirama.
If Tobirama would be the one to decide Sasuke would be dead a long time ago, since for Tobirama he would be a missing nin and a traitor and would need to be executed and rightfully so, even if said missing nin has friends in the upper echelon of Konoha, because for Tobirama what matters above everything else is the village, not the sensibility of some individuals because they can't get over the fact that their murderous and psychopathic friends betrayed them and wants to wipe them and everything they hold dear.
If Tobirama...
I can carry on and on but I think you get my point, we have no way of knowing what would happen if Tobirama ruled over Hashi, but one thing is sure killing Madara was the right decision since said Madara is responsible for thousands and thousand of deaths thanks to Hashirama's stupidity.
Tobirama is a realist and a pragmatic while Hashirama is an idealist and made very poor decisions thanks to his idealistic nature, no wonder he's a Naruto parallel both are fools who can't accept reality and simply move on. Of course Tobirama made errors but at least he's far more logical in his tought process than his brother.

This is the reason why Naruto has shikamaru if Naruto fails ot redeem Sasuke, surely that Shikamaru will kill Sasuke without second thoughts and tell Naruto to grown up.

  • Interests:Honestly, western sakura haters are pathetic (if your wondering why I say western, its because thats where all the sakura haters are) they hate sakura for the stupidest reasons, makes me wonder if they even read the manga for anything besides illogically hating on her, and even more so if they even read the same manga. Seriously they really are blind if they think sakura isn't the most popular female character in naruto and has a huge fanbase in japan, kishimoto-sensie's main fanbase. Honsetly, they aren't true naruto fans because they're practically bashing the main heroine of the series who has had AMAZING and deep emotional development, both romace-wise , character-wise and-power wise, and the love interest, Haruno sakura, of the main hero, Uzumaki Naruto. That alone is an insult to kishimoto-sensie's work. Not to mention they rub off the japanese culture, which is important to know if you wanna 100% understand the details of the manga.

My hobbies are drawing, and reading awesome facts about anything I love! Oh and how could I forget, I love playing on my PS3, my favourite online game is Team Fortress 2, favourite character to play with is the scout! (Although I love all of 'em).
Bless the PS2 era...and all those awesome games... (applause to you if you were part of that gaming age, jack and daxter, sly, spyro, crash etc.)

It's a small joke. I was comparing Hinata to Madara because when Hinata "saved" Naruto in 437 she goes on the battlefield and charges against Nagato and gets owned in the next panel. In this chapter Madara goes on the battlefield powers up against Hashirama and then he gets owned in the next panel. That's how they are similar. th_7eyytubokky7rehok1k.gif
