I don't like bashing, and I'll defend really any character and pairing from it, canon or not. 

 

Criticism is one thing, bashing is going too far. Plus the statements aren't even true. 

 

If you find my comment objectionable you're welcome to report it to the mod.  And should they take issue with any of my statements, I'd be happy prove the veracity of my statements beyond any shadow of a doubt with pinpoint cites to the manga, films and the Boruto movie.

Well aware. I'm talking about the mods however. If they take issue with anything I said above, I'll decisively prove my points to them within a single post.

What exactly are you trying to prove? My issue was with your diction choice, certainly being questionably bashing. We're not debating the manga here, unless you wish to debate why Naruto is or is not OOC. 

 

My real inquiry is why are we putting down a pairing to praise ours? Why can we not just do the latter? The latter is certainly more respectful. It's got nothing to do with manga panels, but an inquiry of this method of praise. 

 

You accused me of "going too far" about something, so I assume you're accusing me of violating the forum rules. If that's the case, the remedy is pretty clear (report me). If you're not making that accusation, then what of it? Who cares if I call Naruto a short haired jackass? He's a fictional character; he doesn't exist. Who am I hurting here exactly? Same goes for your other questions. Like . . . so what?

That mindset pretty much says bashing a character is okay though. We can be negative, but we should avoid being insultive, keeping in mind others like these characters. 

 

I know you love NH and that's perfectly fine, but when a character engages in behavior that is worthy of bashing (i.e. Naruto being a short haired jackass, which he is), I see no problem with bashing him.

Look they called Naruto a jackass that's all..I'd say that's pretty mild. Bashing a character, at least to that extent is allowed here. If you really have a problem you can report it and the mods will decide whether it's worth a complaint. Just like we can't tell you to stop posting you can't tone police our language.

I would love for him to do that and I would equally love for a mod to ask me to justify my stance on calling Naruto a jackass. It'd be a very easy to do in a pinpoint fashion and I believe one of our users here did it in his review of the Last movie.  There are some parts in the manga that, when tied together with the movie, utterly destroy the title character.

Pass. No offense, analyzer-kun, but debating the definition of "the" with you is not my idea of a good time.  I double dog dare anyone else to challenge me on my description of Naruto however. Something tells me any debate on the subject will go a lot like this.

I know a while ago someone made a post on why Naruto would die in the Walking dead Univers and its true as I have watched all 7 season and well with Rick and co have faced I think Evill100 was right Naruto and most of his friends would die in that would mainly Naruto, Sasuke and Hinata, maybe Sakura depending the stage.
 
The reason I say this is Naruto thinks everyone can hold hands and just hope their troubles away yeah with people like Negan and the Govonor and so many more. Yeah Naruto would die either by the Govonor or have his head bashed in by Negan, I say this is Naruto would be so fooled by the Govonor and with Negan the way Naruto does not know when to shut up yeah....
 
Sasuke well he is such a loan wolf he would end up dead sooner or later just depends.
 
Not sure on others like Sakura Hinata Ino and so on.
 
But hey we can all agree that its far better than Naruto Robert Kirkmen knows how to do females after all both show and comic.

Oh hinata is so kittened in the walking dead world, Sakura might live long cause she's not stupid even if sasuke is their. Let's see them good through the last of us world let's them survive that world. Naruto maybe if he gets over his sasuke obsession and is back to his normal character but be a bit smarter.

I didnt read everything but, back in the time, we had a japanese user called ramenanmitsu, and he said the bashing on Naruto, Hinata and mostly Team 7 began right after the ending, and increased around the movie. We were here when he told us that a lot of them left the movie theaters half movie and wanted their tickets back, but didnt get them.

 

From what he told us and show us that movie was the most sold out in the first week, but beggan rapdily to fall and several clients wanted their money back.

 

Idk if anyone is from that time but I remember screenshooting movie reviews from different japanese sites(mostly yahoo) and making him (ramen) translating it.

I think I'm starting to understand why they had Naruto turn into a short haired jackass. Sakura balances out his playful / happy-go-lucky nature, but Hinata doesn't, so they had to rewrite his characteristics to the point where we get headscratching material like this:

According to the latest episode it should be Hinata that angry, and Both Naruto and Bolt should be on their hand and knees begging her for her forgiveness and mercy.

Also, it is true that we were all made believe some characters would have more impact on the story, such as Kakashi or Sasuke who has the larger fanbase, so their fans wanted the refund because they felt they were lied to.
