Kishi gave a recent interview during 2016 Jump Festa. Also he and his wife are having another baby. Congrats I guess

I read it before this was posted. If you're looking for info on Naruto, it's nothing here. More of personal thoughts at minimum. I guess honeymoon paid off. *Drums* But seriously, good for him.

The only one that is worth noting is his supposedly dream he had. He visioned his first editor, Yahagi, being there. He really looked up to him. Honestly, I still believe that he's the one that got the series rolling. Kishi alone would not have Naruto work well as today.

yup,Kishi might be bitter sweet about his editor yahagi because of that.

If hes naming his newborn from one of naruto character it's either Sasuke or Menma i think it will be Sasuke since he love uchiha and yaoi, if i remember Menma means some kind of dark power [From Onimusha Dawn of Dream games], so yeah ...

Why would he? He isnt writing the Boruto manga. Not talking about Naruto anymore makes sense

i also meant the interviewer. i just want them to say something controversial so that maybe narusaku would still have a chance of happening possibly as an alternate ending. i don't know how many times i've said this or contradicted myself but I still DO have hope that narusaku will happen. i know what you all want to say, "it will never happen, it's over, the manga is tainted forever, there is no going back, ending is unforgivable, it's not a love story, kishi sold out, naruto sucks, ending sucks, its too late, its a waste of time" whatever.... i'll never be convinced until the anime is over and no more naruto episodes being produced. i know it's annoying and most of you want all this put to rest, but i don't want it to die just like that yet after supporting this series so much

This pairing will not be dead so long as theres still ns fans out there.

And honestly i rather not have kishi or his assistant meddling with the narusaku relationship.. just let them ignore each other for the sake of the canon couples that are so fragile lol.. and look at the gaiden mess

NS isn't dead as long as Naruto continues, even if they are not canon.

Remember that a lot of NS shippers don't want NS to happen because Kishi and the franchise made it clear that NS is a "red-herring". Not only that, but after The Last, Gaiden, and the Bolt Movie, if NS happened now, we are pretty much just getting thw scraps of a dying franchise. I will not lower my standards and accept canon like that, imho. I will not accept canon the same way as NH/SS, because if I did, this whole war with pro ending would have been pointless, because I'm accepting the same standards they did.

There are better manga out there besides Naruto.

yeah that's true that's why as a fan i would never accept it. it's really such a waste after 15 years of hard work and building up their relationships everything kishi made us believe in goes down the drain just like that. kishi afterall is the creator so canon is canon but it doesnt mean you have to accept it as a fan. it's a shame we will never get to see a narusaku ending, they really are the perfect couple. kishi probably regrets it a lot in the back of his mind. but he is tired, he clearly doesn't want to think about it and continue this crap anymore. if he only has the balls to fix this huge mess....

To be honest, there are fanfics out there I'd gladly call canon for me. They're written 1,000 times better than the original story, and a lot of them kind of become their own series. Mine is kind of an example of that.
