anyways we'll be celebrating for a LONG TIME and every year we'll call the day it happened NaruSaku Day and everyone on this site gets together on a tropical island and party until the end of the day LOL

Personally, I'd be happy for 15 minutes and move on.

As for the fandom, I would hope it would go to it's strongholds (here, NS-FC and so) and celebrate within their fandoms and not run around rubbing people's faces in it. However, it is pairings, it is fandom, and even a couple of posts in this thread don't exactly inspire confidence that it will happen that way. One can dream....

My reaction to the narusaku fandom winning would probably be reminiscent of the "kitten YEAH" meme in response to that my logical common sense was right all along.



Then I would check out the naruto forums and laugh at the inevitable butthurt that would commence.



I might even go on to deviant art and troll some NH/SS fans if the mood strikes me.



Either way, it's going to one hell of an internet backlash if/when narusaku becomes canon.

Unfortunately, I think bashing is inevitable. I'd like to think most of us are mature enough to celebrate in a tasteful way, but I've so many heated back-and-forths between NS fans and NH/SS fans in the past that I really doubt fans of any ship are just going to grow up suddenly. The sad thing is I've seen NS fans on some sites make comments that make even a fellow NS shipper like me want to throw up. I really can't see how telling someone to "go kill yourself when SS/NH doesn't happen" is necessary to defend your argument.

That being said, I would expect NH and SS shippers to bash us or rub the ending in our faces if we lose, so I expect a lot of NS shippers will do the same if we win. I'm sure I'll be defending an NS conclusion, and trying to convince people it didn't come out of nowhere, but I doubt anyone's going to have a civil discussion for a while once the shipping subplot is concluded.

Well, when the moment, narusaku, becomes canon, I don't know, go back to re-watching the anime/chapters and revel and read the youtube comments just to laugh at the naysayers who bashes Sakura or Naruto (hardly happens but it happens) every frikin time, and just become awed in the moment. Probably gain some inspiration for my own relationship. As for the other shippers, it doesn't matter what they think at that point (no offense) because whatever logic they have all becomes irrelevant.

Maybe, I'll play Alter Bridge's Open Your Eyes.

Then, make a set with the panel that NaruSaku became canon, and wear it for a long time to come. Definitely be celebrating like crazy both here and at other NS FCs.

I wouldn't get into any arguments with NH or SS fans, but I would definitely go hunting for everyone's reactions - the kitten storm will be most epic to watch.

I will be glad and happy, but honestly I doubt my reaction was anything special. To me it was a foregone conclusion since I read the chapter 3, so that... all worked how I expected.

I think a Better name for this is when we win.... But as for me, I wouldn't know what to do with myself. I'd explode in happiness knowing narusaku is canon then probably observe the behaviour of naruhina and sasusaku fans in NF, then come in h&e and have a big celebration. I hope kishi will show us some flasbacks of they're relationship like marriage, pregnancy etc. But the chaos of naruhina fans, all I can say is Damn. I can see it now, naruhina/sasusaku teaming up and creating a rebellion against kishi. Poor kishi! I hope they will decorate this site with confetti and a new and improved banner for our very important victory!!
