ShikaTema because there is no ShikaIno as far as this Manga is concerned. Only blokes who showed interest in Ino is Chouji and Sai (If you squint your eyes and look very carefully) and Ino has shown no interest in Shika whatsoever and vice versa.
ShikaTema is probably the most developed pairing in the manga, they always appear to be flirting whenever they get together.

Shika-Tema just works better matches Shikamaru's parents better......besides Ino needs someone else and I prefer InoSai than InoShika.... InoShika would ruin the InoShikaCho team chemistry....

That's the same excuse the Sasusaku fans give in order to counter pro Narusaku statements, besides Ino have nearly the same bossy personality as Temari, the reason for Ino don't be bossy around Shikamaru anymore is because they had been friends for a long time and she also respects Shikamaru superior fighting skills.

The only guy she ever attempted to flirt with besides Sasuke was Neiji (another colossal failure of a flirtation attempt, he decidedly wasn't interested). But Sai isn't interested in Ino at all, remember Sai was saying he should say just the opposite of the truth, so actually he finds Ino ugly
Plus Kishimoto has made it pretty obvious Sai is gay. Chouji is the only guy who has romantic feelings for Ino and Shikamaru knows it and actually encouraged Chouji to keep trying. Ino's feelings for Chouji has followed a similar path as Sakura's for Naruto's. Ino isn't quite as far along in realizing her feelings for Chouji, but it's there, and it fits Kishimoto's pattern too for strong willed womenTsunade and Jiraiya

InoCho are a much better fit for one another than ShikaIno, though I'm not revolted by the relationship in the least.

either way is really fine by me....but if shikamaru had to choose one it might as well be temari. they seem like they work, but like I said either is fine.

I find that it is less troublesome to just don't get fixated to any pairings, the amount of reading material you get multiplies and stop reading a story because you don't like a secondary pairing is kinda pathetic don't you think.

Not exactly sure who said they were going to stop reading because of a secondary pairing, but every person is entitled to their own opinion. I stop reading when the quality suffers because writers try to force things.

I voted ShikaTema. Because I think they look better together.
Besides I liked Ino better in part 1 for some reason (forgive me) I think she has become even shallower than in part1.
