Wonder if Sasuke's son / Shinachiku's rival will have red hair or glasses.

 

In my headfic, Sasuke's son has black hair and red eyes.

I think for one to have the rinnegan they need to have uchiha and senju cells and be close to death or something like that. Though Sasuke already has a rinnegan so it could pass over to him/her genetically.

The Rinnegan is only obtained through mixing together Indra and Ashura's chakra. Sasuke's son would have to be an Indra reincarnation and he'd have to obtain either Hashirama cells or Naruto cells in order to obtain some of Ashura's chakra. Given Indra and Ashura's chakra only transmigrates every hundred years or so, that is beyond highly unlikely.

I can't say I like SasuKari pairing that much because of what he did during the battle with Danzou, but as a pairing for Sasuke it's the only one that actually makes sense. For one Karin is the only girl Sasuke actually saved, she's also the only female that Sasuke acknowledged, he went out of his way to recruit her because she was useful to him, he found Ino and Sakura and the other girls who fangirled all over him annoying, yet he didn't seem to get as annoyed with Karin, and she was much worst than any fangirl that hounded him, yet he doesn't seem to mind as much getting molested by her.

Eh, I used to support SasuKarin but not after he stabbed her.  It's a sick, sick relationship XD (sorry ).  I'm a Sasuke fan but I think he should be alone.  His severe childhood trauma has likely made him incapable of unconditionally loving another.

I also think Karin worhips him too much, not good for his recovery.

Here's an interesting anti argument I came across

He only respects Karin to get her to cooperate with him and do what he says. Hell, he respected Orochimaru and he hated him and admitted he just used him in the end. He didn't get angry at Suigetsu for being rude to Karin, he got angry for going against his orders of cooperation...and like I said before, cooperation needs respect. He 'defended' Karin for the sake of the team. Also, Suigetsu was the one that started the quarrel between them. Sasuke asked Karin a question, she answered, and Suigetsu made a smartass comment to tick her off. It was NOT Karin that started that argument. Also, Sasuke has scolded Karin before, too, when she 'lost' Suigetsu. She isn't afraid to give him an earful? You mean by insulting him like this?

How is THAT positive for a pairing? That was just rude! Even calling him out on stuff wouldn't be good for this pairing because Sasuke NEVER takes her suggestions. Also, I'm sure Sasuke finds her giving him an earful annoying, but he has to deal with it since she is part of the team and he needs her abilities. Sasuke has goals, and he doesn't want anyone getting in his way or telling him what to do.
NOTHING is confirmed endgame! For all we know, everyone will end up single! There isn't a parallel with NS and SK, either, those parallels were about Naruto and Sasuke! If anything, the parallels were between Sakura and Karin showing how they were plot devices to exaggerate their "deaths". Those pairings have NOTHING to do with those chapters! I love NS, and it is definitely NOT canon at this point...also with Sakura's behavior lately (ignoring Naruto after he saved her), idk if it will be. No offense, but PARALLELS are the reason you think SK will be canon? I can't...
If anything parallels NS, it is SuiKarin...
Also, about SasuHina, SasuTen, etc, it would be good for him to create a new bond with someone he hasn't tried to kill (I'm talking far in the future). Also, Hinata, Tenten, or whoever isn't a fangirl would be good for him and he may actually like them...or tolerate them from day one. Anyway, like I said before, we can't change each other's minds, and there is no need for arguing about SK when this is the SS thread...even though I just did... I'm done arguing about it now if you are.

Yeah, I don't understand why SK gets compared to SS so much, if anything, it's a redux of part 1 SN, only difference is, this time the Uzumaki has romantic feelings for Sasuke instead of just platonic ones. 

 

SK in the Kage arc is almost a direct parallel to part 1's Valley of the End fight. Right down to Sasuke sacrificing the Uzumaki for his revenge. He even failed to deliver the killing blow on both occasions. XD

 

Seriously, he even looks up at the sky in exactly the same way, with exactly the same expression on his face while contemplating dealing the final blow to the Uzumaki. In Naruto's case, Sasuke's thoughts were interrupted when he fell to his knees and started coughing up blood, in Karin's case, Sakura showed up and interrupted Sasuke.

To ship SasuKarin without a guilty consciousness, the first thing to do is ditch the concept of murder attempts all together.

 

Seriously, when Hashirama still harbors bromance over Madara, Minato saves Obito's life and his son calls the later the coolest guy ever you know you are going nowhere with real life standards of morality.

 

The thing is, you must learn to differentiate the emotions between the characters from the actions they are doing.

 

When Sasuke stabbed Karin, there was a huge build up to that moment with Sasuke becoming completely insane to do so. He was driven to the edge of madness to sacrifice her for revenge and the narration made it abundantly clear he was out of himself and under Tobi's influence while doing so.

 

On the other hand, when he tried to kill Sakura for the first time, there was nothing. Sasuke didn't even flinched, he attacked her like he was dealing with a bug who got in his way and had to be squashed.

 

It is very important to notice that this was pre-Itachi Sasuke who was far saner and nicer than the one who wanted to burn down Konoha and shoot Karin.

 

When he tried to kill Sakura twice in the Kage summit, it was the same, Sasuke acted like he was fighting a completely random person while his anger only showed up towards Kakashi's Sharingan and Naruto trying to save him.

 

This was only confirmed by how he treated Sakura during the war, he dismissed her at every single turn, tried to cut through her to strike Madara like she was cannon fodder, bluntly told she only got saved by convenience and later argued to Naruto that dropping her on a volcano worth more than the effort to protect her.

 

It is also very important to notice that this is post-Edo!Itachi Sasuke who is also far saner and nice than the one who wanted to burn down Konoha and shoot Karin.

 

By comparison, the post-Itachi Sasuke who wanted to burn down Konoha went out of his way to protect Karin going as far as to awaken the power of his left Mangekyou Sharingan to do so and according to Tobirama Senju, number one Uchiha specialist, this is a huge emotional deal.

 

Enters post-Edo!Itachi Sasuke and what does he do? He straightfoward apologizes to Karin, who by the way is a living lie detector, and awkwardly accepts her cuddling him.

 

The same Sasuke who told Sakura didn't worth the trouble of being alive let himself be cuddled by a girl in her pajamas, that and he trusted the girl with reviving the Kages so that he could kill them himself later (nothing is completely sane when it comes to Sasuke).

 

There is also the other part too, the part of the girl.

 

What did Sakura accomplish for the sake of saving Sasuke and Sasuke alone?

 

She cut her hair for... Oh wait! She was trying to save Naruto too! My bad.

 

But when he went cursed evil she hugged him! Oh so cute, she stopped his rampage with a hug, give her a medal!

 

I must be such an airhead, her confession did stop him when he refused it and knocked her out for trying to scream. Right?

 

So he became an international criminal? Let's kill him with poison so that he doesn't suffer anymore! Sakura is the best girl for him of course!

 

Let's see...

 

Karin saved his life when Killer B turned him into a pincushion.

 

She saved him again when he was badly beaten by the Kages.

 

She saved him yet again after his fight with Danzou and would still remain besides him if he hadn't stabbed her.

 

The girl broke free from a high security prison for the sake of meeting him again and settling their score.

 

Wait? Did she just awoken a massive power up and beat down an army crushing statue for the sake of saving him?

 

 

It's not like Kishimoto isn't making it plainly obvious that Karin is the only girl who actually did something worthy of Sasuke's affection and that she is the only one who Sasuke acknowledges and remotely cares for.

 

NOPE! TOTAL CRACK PAIRING! 

 

As if their personal achievements towards each other didn't count towards this couple being the second closest to canon after NaruSaku, there is also the issue of both sides coming from legendary bloodlines that combined produce super powers beyond the normal logic of the manga.

 

Speaking of which, SasuKarin is an antithesis of NaruSaku just as Sasuke is an antithesis of Naruto.

 

Sasuke is all about inate prodigy and the powers of the bloodline whereas Naruto is all about working hard towards realizing your true potential.

 

This is mirrored perfectly by Karin and Sakura.

 

Karin is a walking swiss army Kunoichi by virtue of her natural abilities alone, she is a top notch sensor, she has extremely fast regeneration she can transfer to others and she awoke super powerful chakra chains that can go toe-to-toe with Bijuu level opponents.

 

Sakura on the other hand is a Kunoichi from a common family without anything special but by virtue of working hard she became a top notch medic, attained extremely fast regeneration and mastered super strenght that can go toe-to-toe with Bijuu level opponents.

 

For Sasuke, a wife with a strong bloodline is the guarantee of a strong clan because it increases the chances of the child inheriting better traits.

 

For Naruto, a wife with a strong determination is the guarantee that he and his children will do their best not to disappoint or piss her off.

 

And thus the two pairings sail towards the horizon while leaving a trail of sunken ships behind.

Sasuke shouldn't be with anybody because everybody deserves better than him. Even Orochimaru. 

 

But. 

 

They looks so nice together so I definitely ship. But I don't know if I want to them to be canon. Cause Karin needs time to mature, and so does Sasuke.

Sakura never affected anything Sasuke did...well...she did stop his little rampage during part 1..but that's it..

 

the latest chapter, she begged him to come back but what does he do? knock her out and goes on his merry way

 

the only girl he acknowledges as the strongest: Karin

 

seriously, I hope taka is in the last movie with Sasuke or now residing in the leaf or something

 

Will Sasuke even be redeemed at the end? andwill team 7 see him interact with taka when they get up from IT? I hope so

 

Honestly, I want Sakura to see him interacting with Karin so she could just get that he never has or will like or love her honestly
