The song says do not forget me.(NS) Anyway, I will never forget NS, even if it didn't come to pass. This song is s message to keep NS alive I guess. Sorry but I have a thing for sappy songs like that, so it's okay if you don't like it. Post a song you DO like to describe how you feel about NS right now. It's okay to put a grieving song in here but as the mods and admins said, no bashing, no saying "get over it" or any antagonistic behaviour.

I'm writing one ;) See, I'm a commercial music major, so songwriting/music score writing is my shindig, and SOO, I'm writing a NaruSaku song! And in my songwriting class, there's this dude with an absolutely INCREDIBLE voice, and a girl who sounds like Adele, so I'm going to get them to sing my song for me, and we'll go to the recording studio, and it'll be glorious <3 If any of y'all have poetry ideas or good lyric ideas, hit me up because I work more on the musical aspect.

As far as in character I'm thinking if the world was written realisticly, Naruto would sing this song during karioki night well Sakura is in the audience one night, and then never say another word about it again.

(Guess these songs aren't actually about the love of NS, but about the tone of what's happened to them in the manga and movie.)
Although this song is about a mutual break up, this part could definitely be from Naruto's pov.
