Tobi and Leader-guy wear the same mask. Leader-guy has the Sharingan in at least one eye, fully matured and permanently activated (I assume so) like Itachi. We've never actually seen anything on Tobi other than his ability to plant Deidara's mines and escape easily.
But what if- Tobi=leader guy! It would explain the "Uchiha Madara's power" bit, or if the leader had a implanted Sharingan like Kakashi.

I have no idea where I'm going with this, but yeh, here's my thoughts.

Whoa. There was a pretty damn good Itachi and Zetsu in pg 2. Wowmg. Big Lee mask keke. It's a little weird to see so many people cosplaying the same character in each shot o.o. Hay, ANBU KAKASHI!

There was this one story on AFF.net that came to mind recently. Naruto has some disease that causes seizures, but was once Sakura's teammate even though she doesn't recognize her. He saves her from falling out of a restaurant, and asks for dinner at her home for repayment. He ends up in Tsunade's office where he has a seizure, and is hospitalized and handcuffed to the bed, but still escapes through the window in a hospital gown giving old people strokes.

Foolish: The Next Time by Lord Geryon. It's a bit longer than the oneshot written last year, and still has the theme of Sakura trying to learn Hokage!Naruto's jutsu. A less dramatic tone than Lifeline, which was pretty good by the way.
