So I have an idea for a Naruto the Last project, but I need voice actors. Anyone want to give a shot at it?
I need two girls to voice
Sakura
Hinata
Male voices
Toneri
Kakashi
Shikamaru
Sasuke

I would say yes, but that is impossible. Instead I am looking for someone who can fit the personality of these characters whether it be real or fake. You know? It's the heart of the character, not the voice.

What characters in total are you looking for? And what type of voices are you looking for if not people who can sound like the dubbed actors? Are you just looking for the right number of males and females?

People who can embody the characters themselves and actually give a performance that reflects that. It's not really that hard to understand. Can you act like Hinata? Can you act like Sakura? Irrelevant if you sound like them...you just have to know how they behave and say the lines as if you were really them. As if the characters themselves were alive and all you are doing is taking the situation in and reflecting that with their real personalities. I could have a guy play Hinata if his perfomance is amazing. I just think it is easier for a female yo get female characters down than a male would.
