Does Sakura know that, at the bench scene, where "Sasuke" almost kissed Sakura, (which was actually Naruto pretending to be Sasuke with the clones..) does Sakura know that it was actually Naruto? I was thinking, maybe that's why she's still latching onto Sasuke somehow if she doesn't know-

^^ Unfortunately, from the point of speculation, she does not know about it, or else it would have been shown a good amount of chapters ago. Another issue that needs to be cleared up in order for them to grow their relationship to the peak where it should be or else they can't move on from their life.

Edit:You might get more responses, if you post this question in the debate thread. I'm sure people would give a more thorough response.

You have to remeber that Sakura hated Naruto back then and he knew if he walked up it would have been completely different from what had happened.

ya but making sasuke cool and romantic wanst helping the cause either

he should have acted cold and emo, it would have been true to sasuke's character, and sakura wouldn't have been as in love with him :3

Unfortunately Sakura doesn't know it was Naruto in that henge of Sasuke back in chapter three, and it's one of the many NaruSaku moments that have yet to be resolved. I do think it will play a significant role later in the manga when Naruto and Sakura finally confess to each other though.

Yeah, it definitely backfired on him. I think at bench scene Sakura really started liking Sasuke more and she kept holding on to it even we he was outright pushing her away and being rude to her. Oh, boy when she finally finds out it was Naruto... Also, I wonder if she ever thought, considering her intelligence, that something didn't quite fit with the way Sasuke was behaving.

Wow, holy kitten, that was like the best story/doujin, I have ever saw. That was such a tremendous work of art/pace/plot/etc. A good amount of hurt/comfort/humor/drama and it seems so seamless. It did not seem forced and it fits the characters all so well. I would watch it again and almost shed tears, which is hard for me to do these days. I must commend the person that created it and I commend you caramel for showing this. By any chance, is this also in the AMV threads?

And, yeah, if its something along the lines of the doujin in the actual manga, I would be really satisfied with it.

I think it was meant to foreshadow future developments. Sakura who always think that the 'one' is Sasuke, while in actuality, it is always Naruto that truly understand her.

No no I meant If Kishi were to redo the bench scene at this point in time in the actual manga there will be no bench to do the scene they will have to sit else where

^^ How can you tell from that? What if by serendipity, that they decided to have their emotional face-to-face to where it all begin and everything comes out well and then there shall be closure and the happy ending that all of us are looking for.

Gosh, I hope Sakura finds out soon. This tension is killing me.

It doesn't have to be the exact same bench. Heck, it could be in the hospital waiting room, or outside a war council room, or something XD Just anyplace with a bench or two seats right night to each other where the two of them can be beside each other for 10 minutes.
