About Me

Hey all, just a disgruntled Naruto fan disgusted how one of my favorite mangas was ruined all to satisfy a group of shippers. I honestly didn't care much about the relationships, as long as they were reasonable and fleshed out (i.e. the characters interacting, having 'special' moments, etc.) but Kishimoto totally went the Harry Potter/JKR route in how he ended his series. And honestly, the HP ships were leagues better than Naruto's. Pretty much all of the major characters, except Sasuke, were rip to shreds by the rushed ending, torn down just to prop up Sasuke and Hinata. I wouldn't have minded Naruto being paired up with Hinata if we saw some actual development between the two during the manga, the fact that the relationship needed a full-length movie that warped manga-canon into an alternate reality just to be barely workable should be the biggest clue that you messed up. I would have loved to have seen Sasuke die of his injuries at the end of the war as a way to wrap up the Uchiha-love that twisted Shippuden, and as a way to have Naruto grow up and take things more seriously.

Check out my fan fiction page on ff.net, I'm currently working on a Naruto-RW from the beginning as a way to console myself over the ending. Username is SlytherinNinjaKnight

Wish that Kishi would just stop trying to 'fix' Naruto, I guess that no one ever told him the phrase 'digging your own grave'. I will remember fondly the characters that made me love Naruto that were sacrificed at the all-mighty altar that is money (and crazy fan boys/girls).
