i ask cause this arc is just dragging and if others were like that, i wouldn't be surprised if filler dominated.

but the filler arc is still on the second part of the chunin exam and I don't think any team has gotten a scroll. So I,  think the filler will last until the Burrito movie at this rate.

animations solid at least imho.  characters are well defined, drawn well and actions fluid.
