If Sakura had all that time with the other Genin, she would possibly be closer to Hinata, right? If, in a later chapter, Sakura actually molded her feelings for Naruto into a point where she can actually talk about it, and talk to Hinata about it...
Because Hinata's the shy girl (you can't change a personality completely) she probably wouldn't talk about her feelings but ask if Sakura's sure about her feelings... Okay, now I'm hurtting my head.

I really don't think that would ever happen but if it did I am unsure what would happen. I'd hope Hinata would realize her feelings weren't as deep as Sakura's. I don't think Hinata's reaction would be that important than if Sakura told Naruto.

Naruto shows absolutely no interest in her besides tryin to be a friend in which he does with everyone else. As i've heard before, and I believe myself, it's just a crush, you can't really love someone you don't know personally. It's very hard to imagine Naruto and Hinata hookin up anyways, she's too soft spoken and Naruto needs to be tamed from time to time.
As far as ye can see captain, dat seems to be Sakura's job.

Hinata definately wouldn't say anything harsh or even metioned that she loved him I don't think. They would probably have small talk about it.

Am I the only one who thinks that Sakura will encourage NaruHina if she becomes Hinata's friend and knows how much she likes him? She'll probably try to get the two closer together. For the sake of NaruSaku, maybe in the process of her trying to get those two closer to each other, she'll probably develop with Naruto.
Nothing is more reassuring than Kakashi saying "They'll be alright. Pakkun is with them."

Actually, I don't see Sakura and Hinata becoming close. Hinata's far too passive and meek to deal with Sakura's personality, and I'd think Sakura would just be annoyed.
Now if you wanted to change this scenerio to Sakura and Ino...well, that I'd encourage. SakuNaruIno FOREVER. *cheers*

Kidding, of course but I have entertained the idea.
As for Sakura's reaction to finding out Hinata likes Naruto, I can really see her getting all angsty and thoughtful for a bit. Then Tsunade finds out and it's MATCHMAKING TIME! Like any person with sense out there, she ships NaruSaku. Hehehehe...

imagine if everyone but naruto and sakura, tried to get naruto and sakura together. That could spawn at least a whole volume, if not two. In the end of the manga/show i guarantee kishi will hint at narusaku, and naruhina will be in denial.

I think if either Jiraiya and/or Tsunade found out ones feelings for the other they'd encourage it. Maybe this'd help Tsunade & Jiraiya get together.
I just have to say regaurdless if Sakura & Naruto get together, Naruhina will never happen. It's like trying to fit a cirlce into a sqaure... it just doesn't match-up.
You can even see that even their (Naruto's & Sakura's) maturity level was the same during part 1 if you pay'd attention. Sakura tried hiding some of it for Sasuke at the time but it still showed.
