Well, the resolve for last chapter's cliffhanger was not worth the hype, but then again, most of them never are.  Well, we got team 7 mostly this chapter.  I liked the reference to chapter 4 I believe.  A before and after type of thing.  Also, can we finally say SS is dead officially?  What Kakashi says about Sakura basically confirms it, thought try telling that to the SS shippers. . .

Well, many people called it, when they said Madara set up Rin's death.  I have to say I'm actually pleasantly surprised to have this development confirmed.  There was much talk about it.  I wonder what happens to Obito though.  Naruto wanted him to live.  Is he just going to die like this?  I wonder how Madara took the eye back.  Did he just pluck the eyes out, or did he absorb both Black Zetsu, along with Obito into him?  If so, he can still be saved, along with the Bijuu.

So now the new sannin fight against a powered up Madara . Just one issue ... where the hell is Sakura's power up ?????

 

Hopefully soon, the fight is still in it's early stages.  Something may happen with her like with Naruto and Sasuke, though albeit different.  I still believe in a proper Kushina parallel, and Kishimoto's love of parallels makes it quite likely to be readdressed.

I don't think Kishi is gonna leave Sakura out of this power-up thing. If he gave that to Naruto, than it must mean that what's Sakura gonna have it will surely be something even bigger. Look, I know Kishi is kinda well.. disappointing at times when it comes to Sakura, hella I know it... BUT! He also knows what he's doing and always takes us by surprise. Therefore, if Naruto is capable of doing that now and coincidentally having Sakura asking about it and we see that's supposed to be Sakura, I think it very much means something. I do think he's doing this on purpose that when he'll reveal Sakura's powerup we will all be jaw_drop!

 

 

And we didn't even get an explanation for it, either. Naruto has as much knowledge of the jutsu (or whatever it is) as the reader does, nothing. Asspull no jutsu.

I just really want to know what Sakura will do... Hopefully she'll channel the 'Sasori fight' Sakura. I want to see my baby fight!

Tbh, that's what I think he'll do... I mean, jutsu, puppets and all?! This definitely reminded me of Sasori fight and funny how that binding jutsu looks like a bigger Byakugo with a Rinnegan inside of it.

I loved this chapter, the smile on my face just kept getting bigger with every word Kakashi said about Sakura.

 

So it seems that it will be Team 7 to fight Madara, which just makes me question HOW THE F*** IS THAT POSSIBLE, Sakura hasn't gotten a power-up yet and if she does the most likely power-up would be releasing her seal which even if it would be stronger than when Tsunade used it, it still wouldn't be enough to compete with Naruto and Sasuke's last power-ups, and Kakashi has had his strength downgraded since without his Sharingan he he's to vulnerable when he's using Raikiri.

 

Also I wonder if Naruto can regenerate Kakashi's eye I wonder if he can regenerate Minato and Hashirama's bodies?

 

Anyway like I said I loved this chapter and can't wait for the next.

I don't understand how her changed feelings could be misconstrued as greater then they were before. If you look at the previous ~50 chapters, not to mention this one, I don't think you can find her looking at him for too long much less thinking about her love for him at all. 

 

But people are saying that she loves him more now and I just don't quite understand how you can get that from "Your feelings have changed since that time" and "Even if you still like him, it's probably a different feeling"

 

Different feeling meaning it is not romantic, at all. Because that's what her feelings were before 100% idolization + romanticism. So in order for it to be different those two reasons for her liking him have to be tossed out!

 

 

 

SAKURA POWER UP THO? I'm all for it, please give me all the Sakura power-ups to prove that she is more then just a medical ninja. She was the first to take out an Akatsuki member!~

Why does kishi do this to Sakura though? Naruto can create eyes from thin air. What can Sakura do with her medical jutsu now? I bet in the next chapter he gives Sakura a support role and no new techniques.

Honestly, with all the power up that were pull out of no where, we might have hope about that seal. We can hope Sakura to fight on this and in more than a supportive role and with Sage Naruto and Rinne Sasuke( those two won't get wounded) If she had seal like Tsunade ( Sakura wound mean nothing either) the only guy that can be hurt is Kakashi,

 

On the other hand, let's face it, Kishi failed as an author to bring a strong female character.

 

Tsunade is the weakest Hokage and the weakest Sannin.

Mizukage with 3 element and 2 kekegenkai ( dk how to write it). Never see her in action much at all in the war.

Konan. Just got a strong moment before she die.

 

So hope ad pray but I somehow believe she will fight this one good.

In the page I read Kakashi says Sakura has still strong feelings for someone who tried to kill her and then goes on to say "no matter what you're unable to cast away the one you LIKED", I don't know but it looks like Kakashi confirmed 2 times that. Sakura's romantic feelings for Sasuke belongs to the past. I suppose we will have to wait for the raws and a definitve confirmation.

In the meantime I will still say that Sasuke and Sakura are like brother and sister.

Nostalgic Team 7 brought a smile to my face as well as Kakashi watching his students bicker... Quite possibly one of my favorite chapters

Naruto can now permanently fix any injury in an instant. That's great for him but now what's Sakura's purpose on team 7? Her years of studying medical ninjutsu are now pointless because Naruto can heal people better than she can. I don't think Kishi thought this one through. I bet he made this power up on the spot so that he could save Guy sensei even though doing so undermines his sacrifice.

I was also confused by Kakashi's bell question. It really seems like he's saying they're going to work together to fight Madara but at this point I don't think Sakura or Kakashi are going to be of any help. If anything they would be a detriment because Naruto and Sasuke will have to actively try to protect them from Madara.

 

Overall it wasn't a particularly bad chapter but I just feel as though Kishi keeps digging himself into holes that he'll never get out of.

If sakura really does partake in the coming fight with Madara, it's not only like the Sannin vs hanzo on a greater scale,

Naruto has his sage plus tailed beast modes combined

Sasuke has the rinnegan and sussano

So what does sakura pack now? The strength if 100 seal fully released? Slug sage mode? Something entirely new?

All i can say for this, despite anything else, sakura could finally be joining in a major fight since sasori. I bet none of us ever expected her to do something involving fighting Madara, and we had fears about sakura dying...funny how this things turn out.

I think that what Kakashi said is definitely leaning more towards friendship. I mean, as it is right now, Sakura will undoubtedly support Naruto's dream to become Hokage and not Sasuke's ambition to become Hokage. I think it would be weird if Sakura loved Sasuke, but supported Naruto's dreams over Sasuke's...

when i first read that panel i was in seven heaven shaking and thinking at the same time ''sasusaku is officially dead now'' ..i mean any logical person would draw that conclusion after kakashi said ''your feelings for sasuke have changed''..in his flashback he remembered her that infuatuated sasuke fangirl who got nothing better thing to do than obssesing over her crush..when he said her feelings have changed,he obviously meant it the romantic ones.to underline her character development..his statement ''you still like him,but its a different feeling now''...he obviously talking that sakura doesnt hates sasuke after all the bad stuff he done ,he still considers him a dear comrade and that different feeling its just sympathy nothing more..but then i go to sasusaku tag,and they go full retarded claiming sakura still loves sasuke..i was like what the hell?how in denial can they be..no matter how hard the blow kishimoto is going to give to them,they still find a way to twist the manga facts..its sad people but we havent won yet,we need an official narusaku kiss or sakura admitting her feeling for naruto for us finaly to get recognized as a canon pairing

This is a manga where eyes can be taken off and implanted nilly willy without repercussion, even by children (as what happened to Obito --> Rin ---> Kakashi) so in actuality Naruto's instant eye-heal is not that impressive, hahahaha.
