I am still fuming over the piss-poor job done by ref Martin Atkinson during the Chelsea v. Burnley match.  Embarrassingly bad.

Barnes should totally have been red-carded for the foul on Nemanja Matić, especially considering Burnley's parade of flagrant fouls (previous knee by Barnes, obvious intentional handball by Kightly, Shackell purposely knocking Costa on his butt) that the ref conveniently ignored.

Matić could have been seriously hurt, and you can see for yourself that Barnes knew exactly what he was doing.

http://espnfc.com/video/espnfc/video?id=intl:2310224

Although understandable under the circumstances, it was a grim mistake by Matić to retaliate.  Not having him for the next three EPL matches is going to hurt.   :wallbash:

I'm usually not one for conspiracy theories, but I'm beginning to think Mourinho is right about refs campaigning against Chelsea.  I couldn't help but wonder if Atkinson is a Man City fan.   :ermm:

Speaking of that, my hatred for MC grows........

FA_Cup_Win.jpg

The thing I love about this picture is Petr Čech.  The rest of his team is celebrating their FA Cup win, but he takes the time to console Harry Kane.  It makes me love Čech a lot.  What a totally cool thing to do.

P.S.  I think Harry Kane is great too, but I'm glad his team lost.  Go Blues!  Go Chelsea!

It will be interesting to see who wins tomorrow's second semi-final match between Real Madrid and Juventus.

P.S.  I got tickets to see Barcelona v. Manchester United at Levi Stadium in California this July.  Excited!

If juventus win this, I think they will win champion league.
Because in the last 4-5 years, anyone who beat champion in semifinal will become the champion. Ofc this is just theory of mine.
Like chelsea Munich miracle.

Great, let's see what gaalacticos will do against revive barca. Maybe they will win like last year against real madrid.
Does chelsea play in USA too?

Oh, I hope not.  I really want Barcelona to win.

Does chelsea play in USA too?

Yes.  They have three summer fixtures here in the US, but they're all on the east coast:

New York Red Bulls -- Wednesday, 22 July in New Jersey
Paris Saint-Germain -- Saturday, 25 July in Charlotte, North Carolina
Barcelona -- Tuesday, 28 July - Washington DC

I'm really sick about not being able to see them play Barca.

This is a great compilation of MSN goals for Barcelona this past season.  I saw most of these games (on TV), but I can never see these awesome goals enough.

Man, I love these guys so much.  Have I mentioned how excited I am to see them in California next month?   :th_yeah:
