Sakura and Ino looks so young here - younger than they did at the end of the manga. And seriously, Naruto's face looks like the original illustration got wiped off his face and was replaced by a doodle off a napkin. It's incongruent with the surrounding illustration of his body.

 

Yes, I was surprised to see Sakura out there. Strange choice since they supposedly hate her so much. Why not Hinata? (I suppose Sakura pic is meant to show her thinking about/pining for Sasuke.)

 

I have a secret theory that we might see more of Sakura in the future, as her story is so unfulfilled. She doesn't have love, she doesn't live with her 'husband' - Sakura is now in the sympathetic, long-suffering role that Hinata was always cast in.

 

Whereas Hinata is patently boring now that the whole drive of her story was finished (capture Naruto and have his babies), Sakura still can generate some interest.

 

So I have a secret theory that we are going to continue to see Sakura in the stories. Either pulled out or focused on for the dual purpose of stoking SS and implying NS to the other half of the fandom that got shafted by the ending. Whereas Hinata is now free to fade into the background, Sakura still has interest, from SS and NS fans.

I get the strong feeling that Sakura and Sasuke will have a son at some point in the Boruto manga. It falls in line with tricksie's statement about the series pandering to SS and what better way than giving them another kid.

Plus a male Uchiha would be able to carry the family name and restart the clan

I can see that. Something similar to the moments in the Gaara and Sakura novels. 

 

Also I assumed that Hinata took the back seat since The Last after much backlash, considering how the Boruto movie didn't include NH/Family moments. Nor did she took "charge" as heroine (according to NH). Honestly even with Gaiden and the novels, and lack of proper attention, Sakura was never written off as a damsel in distress compared to Hinata. She fought her enemies in the Sakura novel, and I did like how she one shot Shin. Hinata is all around submissive, and it's sad how stans prefer that over Sakura.

When are these idiots going to realize that 15 years of storytelling is not going to just go away because of their lies.
In my country there's an old saying, it's "Ce-i in mana, nu-i minciuna." Translation would be "What's in the hand is not a lie." Basically if it's tangible then it's the truth. It depends on the situation in which one uses it.
In this case no matter how many lies they'll going to tell it will never change what was said and actually shown in the manga. The one that they're trying to bury.

i believe if someone has to lie, over, over, and over again, and lie to try and cover up another lie they told then that's a sighn they could be hiding something. well, duh the truth lol. but, the way i see it it DOES look like there might be a conspiracy of some kind behind the walls of SP. who knows what's REALLY going on. it seems very weird, and suspicious.

Boruto and all the next gen kitten is one of example ... a product that born from lies and deceit, money and popularity.

I think a lot of the "old guard" (most of the staff when yahagi was editor) were pro NS if nothing else because they all knew that's where the story was heading. Then when Yahagi left the new editor wanted nH. So they got assistants that were pro nH and when they were fired they tried getting other pro nH people to take their place. Till the point their was probably no one on kishi staff by the end that didn't want Sakura to be replaced by hinata other then himself.

 

As for kenji. He made a career currently of making an affectionate parody of Naruto. Now Naruto before the end had alot of flaws but it was still well loved. Now you can only do a parody out of something people hate/done with before they get bored of it and move on to something else. So these idiots are putting his job on the line because at the moment the pedophile can't draw.

It will be difficult to pull off and a considerable amount of time to flesh out SS properly (if ever possible) and they know that they had to use many retcon to make the pairing happen like Naruto and Sasuke's rivalry is based off of Sakura, which never happened in the original canon story line. And strategy wise, they want the remaining fandom to ignore how these pairing came about and forget that happen. happen in the last 690 chapters

The removal of the staff the supported NS was probably less due to firing and more due to being promoted and getting other jobs. Yahagi was promoted to head editor of another magazine from what i recall, and Kenji got his own manga. There are probably similar stories for the other staff members. Then they were replace with nH. I honest don't think shuiesha really cared at best the probably thought it would be a great idea for the last naruto movie to be canon and ordered it to be so, or they kept hearing that hinata was so much more popular with the fans then sakura that they order her to be shown more or be made popular to please the fans. The executives care about profit they aren't going to mess with the story of their big international seller unless they think it would bring in more profits. The movements to make hinata the heroine most likely came from staff in both kishi team and the Naruto team at sp more then any executive in either Tokyo pop, Shuiesha, Studio Pierrot, or any other company that was making a profit off Naruto.

I`m actually curious at what Kishimoto has planned for this.

Something that explains everything about him and that's it. I don't expect some MCU after credit heavy. Just enjoy the story. I think we will get everything we need to know of him. The question is how much Boruto series will contribute to that. I know the movie he's just there to give us a WTF moment since Orochimaru being the parent is a shocker (mostly in why category). So you'll see.

Yeah, not we'll see because I'm not following.
