Yeah, looks the creators have a win the megas. I have to admit, even I am not a Poke fan right now Ash is in the finals the battle is hype, just in you tube in the beginning three or more videos about this day episode.

i change my mind ash can actually win this time. i just saw the episode were he battled diantha, the kalos champion. he was perfectly in sync with his greninja which is just as powerful as mega evolution if not beyond it. there was no stopping them and they almost beat the champion's mega gardevoir. if ash can prevent himself from passing out while being perfectly in sync with greninja or he gets his charizard back then i don't see anyone beating him in kalos league unless something bs happens where someone like tobias appears with a legendary pokemon or ash passes out and loses by default. hopes he can break the cycle of losing the league this time which i think he might.

I'm not gonna lie I was pissed at first, but that was until I heard a very popular rumor that's been going around regarding the anime, and if all traces back to Alan!

Pokemon always made Ash win everything that has an important title to competitors. When he made to second spot, it's because they don't want him to be the top winner at everything all the time. I remember in an early season, he lost a battle in a league.

 

He will fail in some matches, but not an important match like, for example, the match that will decide who will get the master title. Every match is important to him, but they will make him fail a match from time to time.

 

We all know that the series will end some day with him winning the big thing XD
