Cute episode, tho it lacked the action and excitement from last week.
Two things confuzzle me; If the fog is coming from the Sanbi then why did Naruto have an illusion about Oreo? Also, how did that big guy survive being pulled towards the other dimension under the lake?
Kinda funny that Sakura was thinking of Sasuke but Naruto was thinking of Yuukimaru when they had their little conversation. I'm starting to worry that Narusaku will never happen.

OBVIOUSLY you realize this is a filler scene from the anime, therefore it DOESN'T count and it DOESN'T matter and it DOESN'T affect the development or the final outcome of the manga, right?

What he said, and the fact I'm not entirely sure who they're talking about. I thought both meant Sasuke, and then thought it was just Sakura. But because Naruto had been talking about the kid, idk, maybe she was talkin' 'bout the kid? It confused the heck outta me XD

I agree. Besides, at this point in the story, Sakura isn't thinking of sasuke as her crush, she thinks of him as her friend and teammate. Just because she wants to save him and bring him home DOESN'T mean shes doing it for romantic reasons. NaruSaku will hapen and i will go to japan and force kishimoto to make it so if it comes down to it. XD

Can't answer the first two questions, but I thought that Naruto was thinking of Sasuke, and then after Sakura leaves he starts thinking of Yuukimaru as well. I know it sounds like I'm grasping at straws, but I got the impression they were both referring to Sasuke.

I believe both were thinking about Sasuke its the clearest common topic of thought between them at the moment in context.
As to Shizune she was in a jonin outfit earlier in part 1 during the arc when Mizuki escaped prison.

this filler is so bad. i don't even feel like i'm watching a ninja show, i mean half the time team 7 and kiba's team are standing around in a circle talking about what they are going to do next or about their feelings.
the lack of any substance in these episodes is reminding me of an old joke though i think it fits what is happening to the anime right now kudos for anyone who remembers the answer:
