How could the father think that would help his hernia? He's helped the pain, maybe, but this is double the damage. The kid is only two years old! He's going to have a load of respiratory problems when he grows up...

His lungs are going to fail one day. He might not even survive.

WTH was his father think? The kid is going to have some health issues before reaching 10 and depending what he smokes it can be deadly. Unfortunately not all drugs can be seen through blood, hair, or yearning tests.
