I wish I could sleep more. Last night my family had me awake every 2 hours and up for the day at 5 in the morning even though I don't have to go to work.

I never sleep much, I don't really like it, I would rather being doing something instead of going to sleep.

I'd much rather be sleeping when my body is *supposed* to be, but I've long accepted that my body will do whatever it wants, despite me telling it what to do tongue.gif

I generally sleep 3-4 hours at night... less if I got a nightmare, more if I have none.

Normal sleeping routine is from 2:00 AM till 6:30 AM but about twice a week I fall asleep before 2:00 AM

I can play my playstation and work on my laptop/pc while sitting in bed THE advantage of having a small room. biggrin.gif

Sleep is overrated if you go to sleep early or late you're evenly tired when you need to get up
