I came in around the 11th Doctor (Smith), even though I knew about Doctor Who pretty much around the 9th Doctor (Eccleston)... That's more my fault cause I didn't know I had BBCA but it could also be that I never had the station till around the time I got good Cable TV. So with that, I bias for Matt... can't argue though that David and Eccleston were just as equally good having watched some episodes from those eras. To me, doesn't matter who likes who (lol, get it?), I just know Doctor Who has becoming an amazing series to me. Liked Matt run and wish him luck in his acting career

Lol true I mean they are each funny but also dark at times as well I mean look at the 10th and 11th both got dark at time.

10th waters of mars

11th a good man goes to War

and the 12th has yet to be shown hence why I didn't put him on and I hear that this season 8 will be very dark.

I liked the one with the first showing of the those angels no one can blink around...forgot the episode name.. ^^;;

That one is one of my faves, didn't show much of the doctor, but it was a great episode.

Also the one with the library, when it was just starting to hint at the 11th doctor coming around...

I wish I could remember the episodes ...U.U

Anyway, those were some of the best creepy ones... OuO

For me, I like the funny doctors best because, it makes dealing with the monsters a little more...amusingly?

But the darker ones are cool! So...it's all good! :D

The first Weeping angels episodes was called Blink was done by Steven Moffat. First River Song episodes Silence in the Library & Forrest of the Dead also done by Moffat. Come to think of it all episodes of Angels and River are done by Moffat.

Is he signed on to do something in season 8? I know his role in Arrow just got bigger.

So far we don't know but from what I hear he would like to come back.

Do we know how deep into the episodes they've gotten with shooting? Last I read they had the first and then two other ones shooting.
