I really hope they do something with Kairi and Sora in KH3. They have been building it up the entire series.

now all we need is kairi's look sokai is stronger than soriku they even did a montage for 2.8 the soriku fans felt salty but anyway vanitas is back

Yes it does from the new world to vanitas return and references ven, to Riku new look that is Bascially notcuis from ff 15.  Notice that marluxia is back too maybe we will see demyx, luxord and larxene too.

Especially in khii, can't wait for this game. I'm more hyped for Vanitas coming back though why he's wearing the coat and has he's mask on is weird.

I'm disappointed we didn't see Kairi though. I need her to be playable and to fight alongside Riku & Sora cause it's about TIME already. And Marluxia my son is back too yess. Monster's Inc. confirmed! And Ariel is shown!!!! Which means more underwater singa-longs~~~~

 

KH is heavily friendship oriented. Sora loves Riku & Kairi both, but not like that imo, so I don't think we'll see anything romantic between any of them. :0

You know what they say. Shippers will always ship. Whether the fandom is toxic or not they will always ship no matter what. No matter how obvious is the opposite ship to happen. Fandoms are very persistent and stubborn especially those that ship homosexual pairings.

You can definitely see the N/S/S dynamic with Sora/Kairi/Riku. Except Kairi never loved Riku first and Riku has actually shown feelings towards Kairi unlike Sasuke.

yeah i mean they did a montage for sokai in the 2.8 credits that alone should of cleared any doubt sigh... but them is them i guess

I somewhat agree with this. As for the romance i feel like the bromance between riku and sora its a bit overdone and it can turn into fanservice for yaoi fangirls. I feel like thats somthing they should really tone down. What i want is the destiny trio to act like a trio again i REALLY want kairi to be relevent so people who hates kairi can shut up for good. I dont want another sakura haruno travisty again. 

Sora and kairi is pretty much Canon. Afterall this is Nomura and Disney.

I think if Riku ia playable, so does kairi considering the Pivotal role of Aqua and her parallel with kairi.

I don't think Naruto fiasco Will happen again in kingdom heart.

Kairi is the aqua or new aqua of this since kairi is her seccsor. Let's hope cause I think Riku knows sora and kairi are meant be together.
