I would said that in some aspect the anime is better than the manga. Just my opinion.

Salad is a pairing fodder is not devaluing her character. It's acknowledging what her character is. Her becoming burito love interest is her fate. It's what happen to her mother and Hinata.

The rest of her is not important because this manga title is salad and she's not burito equal.

Oh I don't need love arrow to figure out that she will develop into one because her role as the heroine is to become pairing fodder. Especially in this manga.

Her gender could have been chosen for a large variety of other reasons.

What manga are you reading?
Her gender will determine what kind of role she has in this kind of manga.

And what other reason outside becoming pairing fodder.

#946913 Boruto Raw chapter 15

The daddy issue plot comes from kishimoto. Remember he wrote Boruto to teach a lesson to his children.

As for the new guys. When given an idea a creative person will expand upon it, and un-creative person will just go with it. You have one person who no longer cares, and two un-creative people working on this. Kishimoto no longer cares, I imagine he given them some idea off the top of his head when they ask, while those clowns are just copying Naruto and staying with the daddy issue's theme in hope of & for success.

I agree with your assessment of creative and uncreative writer.
Do you know fate/stay night?
The spin off fate kaleid liner Ilya prisma is so good. It's a good creative writer expanding a spin off.

#946912 Game of Thrones: Season 4

I think the lack of original source(novel) hurt the narative aspect of the series. Outside of that I just enjoy as what it is at this point, a fan service series.

Sasuke is the hero and heroine of naruto.
You can change this manga title with his name and it will be fine. It fact kishi should Just do that.

@first evil
Because the author said so.
The problem with naruto obsession is it doesn't have enough justification. Have part 1 build it up than the obsession may make sense.

It's kind of like dumb down version of berserk. At least guts and Griffith obsession toward each other is well written.

It seemed to me that the writers were terrified to death of any notion that Hinata would be perceived as a silver medal, so they rewrote Naruto's characteristics and a couple of scenes in the manga in an effort to assure themselves otherwise. But yeah, the rivalry thing makes zero sense in light Sai's comments and the databooks.

Because Hinata is popular and they can't make her look bad so they need to ignore the entire manga and make sure that sakura is not naruto first love thus removing the silver medal argument/notion.

Chapter 3 can work because :
It show that all sakura desire is in naruto beside sasuke Bishonen apperance. Naruto is the prince of her dream and not sasuke.
Oh and it show that naruto want and understand sakura.

It doesn't make any sense that naruto doesn't know that Hinata love because she already did a confession. It just bad excuse.

#943136 The NEW NaruSaku Debate Thread

Posted by rocci on 15 July 2017 - 10:49 PM

Naruto never had a romantic goal of getting Sakura. He had feelings for her, but it was never a "I want you as my partner" mindset, as established by the manga. The manga clearly shows us that it isn't going that path in its latter half.

Disagree, when you have a feeling for someone you want to be with them. That's the basis of any romance story.

And if you include 699, you need to include all of the romantic moment in the manga.

Naruto never gave up, though.

I'm not sure where that statement is coming from.

He did give up on sakura.

Maybe.

But I forget in my analysis that Kishi's use of the red herring here also curtailed the who will he end up question. It got me, and I think that's really the base of all the bother of everything most feel.

I'm over it now, and weirdly, yes, Red Herrings are great to draw interest/mislead, but I think he should have gone without the red herring. He'd have been fine/better even that way, and it would have helped the ending a little bit.

You don't develop red herring.

You don't develop a pairing and then call it red herring because you're too lazy to conclude or write about it.

And kishi twist is bad and full of plot hole.

Oh and manga > anime.
Anything that's not in the manga is filler aka not canon, unless the author canonized it.

#942755 I am not wasting my time waiting for the translations. Chapter 14.

If your anime is highly rated, you are going to brag about it?

Like when a company whens a reward, it is going to post about it somewhere. Believe it not, these things draw more people in. It's smart strategy, and has nothing to do with insecurity.

Naruto may be a popular anime, but it isn't a highly rated one.
