I will imagine a scenario like this:

Naruto is in a hospital gown. He's trying to sneak out, so he proceeds to take off the gown to change into his normal clothes

Naruto: Where's my damn clothes tebayo...!

Meanwhile, Sakura's about the open the door...

Naruto: Hehe, maybe Sakura-chan and I can go on a date to Ichira- *sees a shocked Sakura* *looks down* *realizes he's nakey*
Sakura: N-Naru...to....BAAAAAKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -punch- YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE RESTING NOT LOUNGING AROUND...WELL...-blush- NAKED!!!!
Naruto: I'M SORRY SAKURA-CHAN IT WON'T HAPPEN AG- OW
Sakura: BAKAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!

On with the topic, i'm not sure how sakura would react, it mainly depends on naruto. If he got a sexy upper body maybe she would perv, and what i've seen in the manga, he's pretty well built. . . *drool*

Buuuuuuut, i wouldn't mind a scenario like this-

Sakura and Naruto in the training area after training on a hot day, sitting down bout 1/2 a metre away from each other,

Naruto; it's too hot *takes of jacket, not wearing a shirt under*

Sakura; *looks at naruto, quickly turns away*, naruto. . . covered in sweat. . . he's so-so. . . . . . *nosebleed*
