Yeah but Saratobi DID retire when he was her age, but the pesky successor went and got himself killed. Besides it's time Kakashi became Hokage, he's not even that useful on the battlefield anymore, we saw how he twiddled him thumbs like a git when he no longer had his Sharingan to fall back on. His two claims to fame is his ability to copy other peoples Jutsu using the Sharingan, and his one original Jutsu the Chidori. He no longer has the first and he needs the first for the second one to be effective...His Jutsu has basically a convenient flaw that his future Uchiha student would end up inheriting and make his own...who also conveniently is the only known Uchiha with a Lightning Affinity.
 
Tsunade also never didn't actually want to be Hokage, we saw it in her dream world that Dan was Hokage instead of her, she became Hokage because it was the dream of the two people she loved the most, (which also happens to he the same reason Kakashi would choose to be Hokage, for Obito's dream) she can retire now knowing the will of fire will live on, and unlike Kakashi Tsunade also used her seal multiple times, and we know that actually chips away at her life each time she uses it, the only reason she hasn't died from overuse is probably due to her Senju/Uzumaki heritage.
 
As for labelling Kakashi Hokage he was the first choice when Tsunade fell into a coma, and if Tsunade does quit, he would be the first choice until Naruto is ready,
 
Besides this is just speculation, I just find it interesting that Narutos new outfit just so happens to coincide with the Chinese Martial arts inprired look of Team Gai, and had one of his hands bandages similar to Rock Lee

I know Sarutobi retired but he eventually came out of retirement because of Minato's death, and he still proved to be able to be productive in the safety of the village. I don't think it's time for Kakashi to become Hokage because this series has years of buildup for Naruto to take that position.

Point taken. But it's for that very reason that Tsunade can still be very productive because of her Senju and Uzumaki heritage. But still, there's no reason to stall this long awaited dream of his just to have someone else take position instead. Naruto has constantly emphasized in this war that he wants to be hokage, and when you consider the fact that this series is about to end then what better way to end it than to have his dream realized.

That was then. Naruto has been through a lot due to this war. He has all the pieces ready to become Hokage. The leadership which was shown in the war, the maturity to be able to forgive and become friends, Shikamaru to be his adviser to pick up his slack. People naturally want to follow Naruto. All signs are more in Naruto's favor than Kakashi's.

 

But I have to admit I do like your idea of Naruto being part of Gai's team.

As i saw in 614/685 ...fans were so crazy...many fanarts flooded (OOC ones)
And they posted it 20+ times like mad and comments were like "oh i can stop loving it <3 "

So predicting OOC things is like heaven for them

This pretty much sums it up no matter how much we try to avoid it NH/SS makes that impossible for us bc they have to cross tag and spew their BS on every kittening site bc they have to tell everyone how "awesome" NH/SS is especially in the NS tags ugh! , just look what they did after this chap they twisted everything and attacked us on tumblr in order to put us down saying we are "DEAD"  they even attacked @LadyGT bc of her amazing NS art and created an anti thread for her     . Basically they have invaded everything that is literary impossible for us not to see it , that's why most of the time I stay here on this site in order to avoid their BS .

 

But guys don't bring NH stuffs in here  let this be the last one we don't want this thread being closed again for the exact same reason as before @Derock even pointed this out again  so lets discus the movie NS and what might possibly come ok  .
