No because in sage mode he can detect chakras

State of the art no, but an advance warning system simply to wake him up should he be sleeping when Akatsuki tries to sneak in and scoop him up, yes.

Or when Sakura tries to break in his place to get herself a snack.
Here's the alarm system.
(Sakura goes inside Naruto's house opens up his fridge and the alarm goes off.)
Security System: (Alarms) YOU'RE IN BIG TROUBLE! BELIEVE IT!, YOU'RE IN BIG TROUBLE! BELIEVE IT! (Repeats)
Naruto: (Thoughts) Someone's in my house. I better go get him.
Naruto: Shadow Clone Jutsu.
(Sakura hiding under his table)
Naruto: WHO'S IN MY HOUSE?
(Naruto with his clone and the clone points under the table and Naruto pulls Sakura's Hair)
Sakura: NARUTO IT'S ME!!
Naruto: SAKURA! WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN HERE?
Sakura: I JUST CAME FOR A LITTLE SNACK SINCE TSUNADE LOCKED HER FRIDGE. AND I REALLY CAN'T SHUT THE ALARM OFF!
Naruto: THE CODE IS TSUNADE!
(Sakura Types in the code and the alarm goes back on, Nartuo's clone disappears and Tenten knocks on his door)
Tenten: Naruto can you turn your alarm down I'm trying to sleep.
(Tenten leaves and her leg triggers the alarm, Tenten and Sakura both cover their ears)
Security System: (Alarms) YOU'RE IN BIG TROUBLE! BELIEVE IT!, YOU'RE IN BIG TROUBLE! BELIEVE IT! (Repeats)
Naruto (Typing the Alarm Code): STUPID ALARM!
So My answer is yes.
And Don't mind the yelling it's because they can barely hear due to the system.

Although that would be cool, Naruto never says belive anymore, so its just gonna be more annoying then when he acctually used it as a catch phrase.
