Or Sasuke does it himself, seeing as that he is intent on doing. Quite possibly they could take each other out. But Sasuke needs to get at Danzou right before or right after the Kage meeting, or Sasuke could be attacked by Highly trained nin and Kages of other villages mistaking Sasuke there to kill them all.
