Yeah it is sad we haven't seen Noelle in a bit, but getting the glimpse of Asta's origins is still just as awesome!

Also seeing the new dynamic between Asta and Liebe is a treat.  It's also refreshing to see that unlike other split personalities/sealed entities in similar shonen like Bleach and Naruto,  Liebe admits that he's utterly clueless about his abilities and is learning just as much as Asta.

Oh Yes definitely lol. Especially it is practically confirmed at this point that Asta and Liebe are adopted brothers

Considering how its been for him since he hasnt had a lot of time for sentience since Asta got the grimoire, it makes sense Liebe would be learning just as much, considering how before all this that Asta had been using his powers.

Exactly, Again this may be clichè but it works well. Side note on this, but notice how when there is actual back story going on for weeks on end and trying to and taking the "realistic way" to concince an audience that a character has changed, and is switching sides/ being coopperative oin WSJ series the audience starts complaining? which is why I think Black Clover does a good job in that is skips that in a sense and just goes straight to the good action scenes. now granted I know thatsome readers will complain either way but I think this is a breath of fresh air

 

Another thing to note. I'm happy that we see Asta's training but on the other hand We don't get to see Yuno or Noelle's training. Now granted I know they can't be shown without dragging on the training sessions longer than necessary, but It'd be nice to see though. It IS why audiences complain about either or not actually working to get their powers though I strongly disagree with it. It is one of those "tell don't show scenarios", but again I understand why and am not actually complaining, just pointing out something that I observe.

yeah agreed. I just don't want it to be a one sided affair after Yuno lost last time. although admittedly Zenon didn't hold back against him either so, yeah But either way I hop they don't breeze by the fight too quickly, but I acknowledge if they do the turtle's pace thing and drag it out for drama and padding it will upset fans too.

I am absolutely loving Charlotte's new powers and her kickass transformation, but Tabata...You're not fooling anyone.  No one who understands the conventional tropes of Shonen is going to believe that the Dark Triad would be beaten this easily, so stop trolling.
