The NaruSaku Valentine's and White Day Contest

We've chosen ten prompts based on items commonly associated with Valentine's Day and White Day. All entries must be based on a prompt, but the entries do not necessarily need to be based on either holiday.

The Prompts

• chocolate
• heart
• red & white
• gifts
• love letters
• secret admirer
• flowers
• jewelry
• first move
• gossip

The two categories are fanfiction (to be posted in the Library) and fanarts (to be posted in the Gallery).


The Rules

1. Multiple submissions are allowed - either in multiple categories or multiple entries in one category.
2. No submissions with mature content are permitted.
3. All submissions should be based on one of the prompts.
4. Submissions do not need to be about Valentine's Day or White Day.
5. The prompt used for a submission should be identified.
6. All submissions should be original. This also means that you can't use art from the manga or anime in a submission.
7. The deadline for submissions is Monday, March 14th at 7 pm EST (midnight (GMT).
8. Voting will be conducted by PM during the following week, ending on Monday, March 21st at 7 pm EST (midnight GMT).

And what do the winners get?

• Minato plushie (for Fanfics) / Gaara plushie (for Fanarts)
• Choice of 2 manga volumes (English)
• Forum special (like a larger avatar)

The winner of each category gets their choice of one of those prizes, second place gets the second pick and third place gets what's left. Anyone under 18 must provide proof of parental consent for us to ship a prize to them.

Woohoo if i could draw i would sooo enter but i guess i would be bad at writing a fanfiction too so good luck everyone. I will make sure to pick the very best on i find, but im sure they will all be great so i will have a hard time choosing but good luck agian

The whole point of the contest is for members to have fun - either by being inspired to draw or write some NaruSaku stuff or to enjoy the fruits of the labors of those who did.

YES! these are always a blast! I'm excited to get started on sketching ideas. Perhaps i will take on the challenge of also doing a fanfic.

Sure thing. The requirement is that you use at least one prompt, not only one prompt. You might want to claim just one of them though. In the past, we weren't allowing multiple entries for the same prompt in the same category and I'd like to check with the rest of the mods on that.
