I'm guessing those are Lebanese English and Arabic, what's the 4th?
Lebanese isn't a language. I'll explain XD
Lebanon has officially Arabic as the mother language. We don't speak Arabic in its formal way, but in the Lebanese informal way of Arabic which is different than other countries that has Arabic as the mother language. Also, each Arabic country have different accents and words to say about things like American English and British English.
If you hear Lebanese speaking, sometimes there will be arabic, french and english words when they talk. That's Lebanese informal way of speaking cause it's a multilingualism and multicultural country. Some don't speak in Arabic at all cause they feel it's easier to talk in another language.
With the main language, we learn another secondary main language/s since kindergarten, principally English and / or French. There other schools with other secondary main language/s, but they're much less than the former ones.
For example, personally, in my school, I was french educated with learning the formal Arabic language since I was 3 years old. Then started to learn English in 4th grade, depends on each school when to learn another language than its main one, beside learning some of the language from TV In my university, I took an introduction to German language course. Damn the Chinese course was closed during that specific semester >.<
So, I know Arabic, French, English and basic German. Maybe a 5th one will be learned XD
It doesn't work that way!
