What I mean is, what if there was a filler episode or small arc that actually did justice for the anime or to certain characters who may not have been around as long?

Here's an example:

The jinchurki, we know Naruto, Gaara, and Bee well, we know Utakata to a short degree, but what about the others? We had a short time seeing Yugito, we know how strong Yagura is in the lore, we only saw Roshi defeated by kisame. What about Han and Fuu? Never even seen, they were the earilest captured.

Basically for characters tied into the lore for a bigger reason, Kishi sadly had 2 of them killed over the time skip or before gaara and the rest aside from utakata we really have no idea what these guys did. We really only know the remaining 5 by either the short meeting in the Obito fight shortly before Naruto and Kurama team up and otherwise a bit more by way of ultimate ninja storm 3, sadly we still know next to nothing about these guys.

Yugito- we know she had a range of control over the 2 tails and the cloud village used her like Bee, they saw her as an effective military asset

Yagura- he was controlled by Obito and made the bloody mist nickname, yet we have no idea about his power over the 3 tails and how he died, even by the manga the 3 tails was released for unknown reasons. He is the only Jinchukri to die for something other than the akastuki.

Roshi- only stuff we know on him was he is over 40 and was paired with son goku for at least this long.

Han- he is tall and from the same village as roshi, we still know nothing about him

Fuu- we know nothing about her.

I would actually not mind a filler arc showcasing the pasts of these jinchurki, it would be neat to see how their fates lead from one thing to another. It would be nice to see how Yugito was before Hidan beat her, nice to see Han or even Fuu. Hell I want to see Yagura and if he actually did something to save his village if he caught wind of Obito. There is so much potential here even for just fillers yet Kishi ignored these characters and had most killed offscreen. Its sad because these are some of the most interesting characters yet we have no idea who they really are or how they lived, did they wander? Were they hated like Naruto and Gaara? Were some tolerated? This is a filler arc I could live with if they made it.
