Hey guys, long time.

 

So I was starting going back to Pokemon because I heard X&Y series was actually pretty good. And watching it on demand got me back watching the series (stopped at Diamond and Pearl seasons, hell, I stopped at Advanced but saw a few.)

 

X&Y

I mean, seriously, I really like Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie. Ash's Pokemon, especially Greninja was really cool, but then I had to spoil myself, WTF?!! Anime Department, you made Ash's best Pokemon in this region to be released?!!! NO, I can understand Goodra but why Greninja?!! He could've stay for the Sun and Moon series as backup or stay with the other Pokemon in Oak's Lab (Imagine Ash-Greninja facing Charizard, who was Ash's best at the time)

 

And now I spoiled myself of seeing Serena finally has the courage to kiss Ash (when I found out about this, I wasn't sure if this was play out but then Serena's personality was very likable), she should've stay for the next adventure instead of training for Kalos Queen (but then again Sun and Moon is going to defeat that purpose because the series is going to be totally different than the previous season since Ash has to go to school (Really?!) and there are no gyms).

 

I may stick for Sun and Moon but I hope it will capture my interest because most of the new Pokemon that were announced are very interesting, especially the updated old ones like Vulpix and Raichu.

Hi Derock welcomeback I have not seen you since that Tornado hit Dallas, good you are Okay. As amourshipper no Pokemon fan and Digimon fan I was crazy to stay here and it was good choice to be here to have fun the crazy XYZ.

 

About  Pokemon S and M I won't check anything, but as I hear some things will happen like no GYM or League, possible Ash will help to create them.

 

About Serena it was 50/50 to stay or go, one for the amour and the other for her development and like she said she needs to be more charming for Ash when she returns, but there is a controversy, looks like she will return to Palermo.

But of course it made Pokemon History. It was the first scene to EVER Break the no hugging no kissing rule  IN canon

I wouldn't necessarily call Amour canon just yet. We still don't know Ash's feelings after the kiss

I would say the same thing even if I like the Amour. I believe is 50/50 because you right we don't know clearly his feelings. in another hand we have Ash emotions, yes he first reacted confuse like the kiss of Melody or Latias, but with Serena's after the confuse he smiles and of course the reaction of his eyes. Other thing in the past episode 45 Ash understood more Serena compare in the episode 59, Ash made a progress in feelings that is you can call it canon. Besides possible we won't get  a direct confession, no even Serena's confession was so direct.

all the movies are canon, there is nothing that says otherwise and alot of the movies have been referenced in the anime with their own anime specials. I still don't think its canon pairing just because of this, but whatever 'goes back to playing dragon ball xenoverse 2'

Oh, I know nothing came out of it, when I said Amourshipping was more canon than Pokeshipping, I was joking. Obviously there has to be mutual confirmation on both parties

Hmm, yeah I worded that poorly. Let me rephrase that. Serena was the only one of Ash's female compainons to kiss him. That's what I meant, it broke the grounds on THAT front. But I discress, that makes amourshipping unique, not canon. I still like it no more than any other ships because none are canon at this point (and never will be). It's just things are obvious from the girl's POV for once.

Maybe was on the lips, they should have showed if it was on the cheek like Melody's or Latias, but they censored.

4 years ago I would be fuming that this happened but I actually prefer Dawn and Ash as best friends.  I love Dawn x Paul. 

 

However, i don't think Amourshipping will happen even tho this is a HUGE moment for the series( and kinda one-sided). I bet the Poke Company is just testing out the reaction to such a thing happening is gearing up for future romance. So I think that those of you shipping this ship should hope that Serena will be exclusive in the romance department. Lilly could be the next on in line to have a crush on ash in Sun & Moon.

 

EDIT:  I hate Ash's reaction but I don't think it was on the mouth. His reaction is to normal. Friend kiss each other on the cheek. Not showing the kiss is just a ploy to keep fans interested in the series and leave us wondering what she did. If she does show up in Sun & Moon I bet they will finally show us the actual kiss.
